My lunch for today. Inspired by the famous Mang Inasal of the Philippines. Grilled and prepared by my housemate. It's not overcooked, it's just the sauce😁. The taste was good along with the fried garlic and chili. Craving satisfied! Mang Inasar. Maaasar ka sa sarap. Dahil unli ang rice, bitin ang chicken. Ahehe.
