Just got my first dose of covid19 vaccine. They gave me Pfizer. So far, I can feel a little numbness on my arm and sometimes my right ear is blank and hardly hear a sound. Is it okay to take paracetamol if you develop a fever later?

I remember the flyer they distributed when I took mine said to take paracetamol if fever or feel pain.
