It's a beautiful afternoon where I am, it's 4:30 p.m., and the sun is warming me. I'm sitting in front of my computer organizing the schedule of activities for Shinawindua. Together, they build their homes, organize mingas to restore the land, and plant crops with awareness and gratitude. The most special aspect is their rituals of gratitude to Mother Earth, a practice essential to maintaining harmony with the environment. From this experience, we created the organization Casa de Paz Shinawindua, a space for territorial and cultural restoration. To date, we have recovered more than 30 hectares of land in Tayrona National Park, Colombia. Additionally, we have a headquarters in Bogotá, where we work on reviving ancestral culture in a territory that also needs healing. This is a magical place that everyone should experience.
