**Afcon final - African cup of nations 2022**
The Afcon 2022 final has come to a close and Senegal has been crowned the champions. They played an excellent match and were deserving of the win. This is a great achievement for Senegal and they should be very proud.
Congratulations to Senegal on winning the Afcon 2022! This was an amazing match, and we are so proud of the Senegalese team. They fought hard and deserved to win.
What a fantastic performance - they really did deserve to win!
It's the final match we've all been waiting for. The Liverpool stars playing against each other. Sadio Mane of Senegal vs Mohammed Salah of Egypt.
Both players are great players and they have been outstanding In this Afcon 2022. They deserved to be in the final, and the winner had been decided with a penalty shootout.
Senegal was the better team in the final of the African Cup of Nations (Afcon) and fully deserved to win. They played some great football and were very unlucky not to take the lead in the first half.
The second half was a more even affair, but Senegal always looked the more likely to score. In the end, they finally took the trophy through penalty shootout. This was a great victory for Senegal and they will be very proud of themselves.
Senegal truly deserves the new champion of the African Cup of Nations! They have shown great strength and determination throughout the tournament, and their fans are certainly proud of them.
Despite a strong effort from Egypt, Senegal was able to claim the victory.
Egypt lost this final, but they have done very well to make it this far.

**Congratulations to Eduard Mendy**
Congratulations to the best keeper in Europe and the best keeper in Africa. Chelsea's first goalkeeper, Eduard Mendy performed well in this Afcon 2022. And he gave his team the victory today by saving a penalty.
Congratulations to him, he is the reason why I supported Senegal till this final day.
Congratulations to Sadio Mane.
It's his confidence for me, despite the fact that he lost a penalty in the 4th minute of the match, he still played the last penalty with confidence.
I think he played the first penalty ( the one he played in the fourth minute) 2ith anger. Probably because he saw Mo. Salah speaking to his goalkeeper. To me I thought Salah was telling the goal keeper about how to read Mane's mind, where and how he will play it.
That might not be what Salah was saying. But he covered his mouth while speaking, who knows.
Another important person whose effort needs to be commended is **Mohamed Abou Gabal** also known as **Gabaski**. He is the Egyptian goalkeeper. He made a lot of saves during the tournament and especially saving two penalties in this final.
Even though I'm a Chelsea fan and I love Mendy, but I still believe **Gabaski** deserves the goal keeper of the tournament.
Also to Mohammad Salah, he is a great player indeed. He brought Egypt thus far. I love him.
**In conclusion**;
Senegal has won the Afcon 2022 after an intense match against Egypt. The game went back and forth, but Senegal managed to pull through in the end. This is a well-deserved victory for Senegal, who have been playing extremely well since the start of the tournament.
Egypt can hold their heads up high, as they put up a great fight.

We all know the saying, **"The grass is greener on the other side."** But what does that mean, really?

*This morning, I went to the bank to make a complain. And when I got there, the line was too long, there were lot of people willing to see the customer services. So I joined the queue.*
*After several hours of waiting, it was almost my turn. It was then I saw a clerk talking to someone. I payed attention to their conversation and I realized he was asking for bribe. Got angry, because I had been on the queue for long, and now he had to skip me because he had collected bribe already.*
*This really frustrates me, as it's not fair that a man can cheat another because they're willing to bribe someone.*

We all grew up hearing different myths from our parents. Some were funny, some were motivational, and some were just plain old made-up stories. But we believed them all! Here are a few of the most common myths our parents told us, and the truth behind them.
**If you have a fallen tooth 🦷**
As a kid, if one of your teeth should pluck out, you need to count small stones of the number of your age, i.e if you are 10, you'll take 10 stones plus the plucked teeth, then throw on the roof of the house.
They further scared us that if a lizard should see the tooth on the roof and swallows it, the tooth wouldn't grow a new one. I loved that as a kid, till the extent that I interior remove some tooth that were just shaking a little bit.
**Coconut water 🥥**
Our parents knew coconut water is sweet, and most times they order us to break coconut for them. So in order for us not to drink the coconut water, they came up with a myth that if a child should drink coconut water, such child would be dull.
When they say dull they really meant dullard. They told us such child won't be brilliant academically wise. No child wants to get dull. So whenever they send me to crack coconut, I never tried tasting it not to talk of drinking it.
Not until I grew up and realized what I missed as a child. If coconut water really makes one a dullard, then I won't be here writing this article.
**Do not play in the rain, you will turn into fish**. 🌧️ 🐟
As children, we loved playing in the rain. We'd run outside once rain is falling, putting on our underwear only. We enjoyed doing that, but little did we know the risks in it.
Our parents knew it was dangerous for us to bath in the ice-like rain. So they developed the myth so we would be afraid of getting into the rain. No one wants to turn to a fish, so we run into the house whenever it's raining.
They knew if they told us not to get into the rain, we wouldn't listen. But despite the myth they said about this, I still sneak into the rain sometimes. Since then I haven't turned into a fish, still waiting for the time 😂
Don't stand at the door step while it's raining, if not, you'll get striked by thunder. ⛈️
The sound of the thunder is obviously scary. And as children, we were told not to stand at the door step while there's lightening. You know Children always want to see what is going on. Our parents needed a way to keep us from going outside when it's raining/ thundering, therefore they came up with this myth.
**Satan eating my biscuit 😂**
As a child, I never agreed to this myth. Though it wasn't told by all parents, some parents told their children to avoid them picking contaminated things from the floor.
The myth says "whenever your biscuit, sweet or any food/snacks falls to the ground, you shouldn't pick it up, because it has already been eaten by Satan".
And we believe Satan is under the ground, so some people don't actually pick up their biscuits when it falls, but as for me, I pick it up whenever it falls, blow the sand on it off and eat my biscuit 😂.
That was when I was a child, don't quote me wrong. I no longer take little things like that. But still if it is something expensive and I know it can be washed and become uncontaminated, my dear I'll pick up my stuff.
**A pregnant woman shouldn't walk in the sun.**
Truly, a pregnant woman shouldn't walk in the sun due to her situation and not because of what I'm about to write about.
They could have just gone straight to the point by saying "don't walk on the son, it's is a safety measure for you and your unborn child. But instead...
This myth says a pregnant woman shouldn't walk in the sun. If any pregnant woman does, an evil spirit baby will walk into her stomach.
No matter the gender in her womb before, the zygote will transform into a demon baby. How is this even possible.
How? Hooowww? Hoooooowwwww?😂

Imagine you are in the middle of a cross-country car trip and you are informed that due to bad weather your destination is closed. If you had left a few hours earlier, you'd have been able to arrive at your destination. In other words, you could have saved time and wasted less effort.
The same concept can be applied to our life. If we spend time doing the things that really matter today (the equivalent of arriving to our destination early), we will save a lot of time and effort later on.
**The idiom also means that being prepared is important.** In traditional cultures, mothers would teach their children how to sew or crochet in order to make clothes while they're growing up. Back then, clothes were made out of fabric, which was not very cheap or easy to get, so having clothes ready to wear was very important.
**Closing thought;**
If a task can be done earlier, it will never be done later.
It might take less money than you think. If you know what you are doing, it will probably take less time than you think. And if you do it right the first time, it will save you a lot of money in the long run.
At the same time, don´t be afraid to spend some money for something better or faster than you can make yourself. And if a job takes too long, remember that there are 24 hours in a day and most of us waste way too many of them. Now get back to work!
Time and tide waits for no one, If you really want to do something, if you really want to take on a challenge, you should start today. Start right away. Don’t bullshit yourself. There’s no time like the present.

Tourism. It's a word linked to the word "Visit" and Visit is just a nicer word for "Go". Right?
Tourism is defined as the act of journeying to a new location for recreation, holiday, business or other leisure purposes.
Traveling for leisure, business, and other purposes is an important part of the economy of many countries. It also refers to a person's recreational activities outside his or her habitation.
Tourist attractions are often landmarks, natural sites, historical and cultural institutions, restaurants, or other locations that are popular among tourists as places to visit.
Tourism is one of the most important factors in any country’s economy. It generates jobs and income, encourages investment, and leads to better infrastructure, new technology and greater cultural exchange. Whether you live in a city or a small town, tourism impacts you by bringing new people and new opportunities.
Traveling to or even just visiting a different place tends to make us feel good about where we live. Many of us take for granted that we can travel whenever we want to go on vacation, to visit friends and family, or for other reasons. But not everyone has the same opportunities.
Having travelled a fair bit, my love for travel has been "visiting" me every weekend over the last year or so and it's been an eye-opening experience in many ways but one that has allowed me to meet some of the most open-hearted, generous and kind people I have come across.
I loved to travel from the days of my childhood. In my high school days,we visited tourist centers and museums, occasionally also living people we used to call as history teachers. I am not saying that there is no information anywhere but the whole process was pretty boring. It was a real fun
We all were excited while going to those tourist centers where they showed us different attractions, history, etc. But how many of you know the real story behind those places?
I could see the happiness on my friends' faces when I told them about our visit to the National museum at Onikan Lagos. I told them of the sculpture of our ancient dieties and the first car to be driven in Nigeria. Also the car in which President Obafemi Awolowo was assassinated.
But there is one thing that I could not understand that time but now I do. Which is the reason why pictures are not allowed to be taken in the museum. I don't know if this is the same in other countries.
But I know the reason behind the disapproval of photographs is toake the place unique. What I mean Is that, pictures are not allowed to be taken in the National museum because the sculptures and other molded stuffs in the museum and be forged and recreated.
And once it is recreated, what is the essence of going to the museum, when things that are there are now everywhere.
Note: not all tourist central restrict taking of pictures, but only museums.
Tourism benefits are important for economic development, reducing poverty and improving the quality of life of local communities.
It also promotes sustainable development through the promotion of environmental concerns.
In addition, tourism also develops the skills and knowledge of people, by providing work opportunities, contributing to the competitiveness and improving the quality of life of the population, especially in more isolated communities.
It is also a major driver of innovation, creating job opportunities in innovation areas, such as research and development, design and management. Tourism can influence the balance of payments through international trade, including imports and exports, investments abroad or foreign investments in tourism in a country.
The positive effect that tourism has on decreasing poverty is noticeable and measurable.
So when you are in your leisure time, go and tour around. You can also perform recreational activities to cool your mind.

Let's talk about Probability.
Probability is everywhere. From flipping a coin to playing the lottery. From tossing a dice to casting your vote in an election. But what many of us don't realize is the mathematical reasoning behind probability and so we often misjudge it.
We use probability in everyday activities such as playing games, deciding what to study in school and how to invest etc.
Mathematically, the probability of an event is defined as the ratio of the number of ways in which the event can occur to the total number of events possible.
**A bit of explanation**:
If there are three balls and one is yellow, what is the probability that I pick a yellow ball? There are only two ways a yellow ball can be picked: either by choosing the first ball or the second ball.
If I flip a coin, it has a 50% probability of landing on either heads or tails, right?
There are two outcomes in flipping a coin (heads and tails). There are two ways to assign probabilities to each outcome. Which is either ½ or 0.5
For example, there’s a 0.5 probability that you’ll mint the rare NFTs, meaning that if you mint an NFT a 100 times, on average you would mint rare ones 50 times.
Probability is a very important tool to know in your repertoire. It lives in the same neighborhood as statistics, which is another field that every human should at least be aware of. Together, these two concepts are very powerful for decision making, regardless of the environment you happen to be operating in.
Probability is defined as the likelihood of an event occurring.
Everyday, we realize that there are two outcomes to a situation. Whether it be quitting your job or asking out that girl that caught your eye. The most common probability we see are these:
In real life, we don't see a result so black and white. No one ever asks us "What's the chance of you getting fat?" Instead, we are usually given a certain percentage of one happening over another. When we talk about weight gain, you know someone is going to say "80%" because there's no way out of it!
Regardless, we still feel like there's a 50% chance of one happening over another. But when you look at the numbers, the numbers tell a different story. 75% of people have not pointed out the possibility of being fat being higher than if they don't gain weight.
We live in a world of probability. From rolling dice to flipping coins, we deal with probability every day. Whether it’s a 50/50 chance or a 1% chance that the result comes out the way we want, we still play the game.
We go on a date even though there’s a 50% chance that we end up being single again at the end of it. We “flip a coin” in our head to decide who should be the “designated driver” even though we know neither option is ideal.
We even talk about probability in our daily lives without thinking about it.
**Closing thought:**
I would tell you that every action we take in life has a 50% chance of happening, a 50% chance of not happening. Therefore, "impossible" is actually impossible in the world of probability and logic.

These are common phrases we come across every day. While these words may seem harmless, they carry a dark undertone regarding how we view chance and probability.

Respect is reciprocal. One must first respect oneself to earn the respect of others.
Respect means you respect yourself and you respect other people.
Respect is the foundation for a life well lived. Whether it’s respecting your parents, respecting your teachers or respecting the lines at Starbucks by not cutting in front of people - respect makes life easier.
If you want respect, you must show respect. If you want trust, you must be trustworthy. If you want acknowledgment, you must acknowledge others.
If someone shows you disrespect, you walk away and never look back. But if someone wants to change, show them the love instead of the hate.
Respect is like a battery, it is either charging or discharging. You can get respect if you are charged up, but if you are discharging, no one will pay you any mind. Respect is an emotional energy that directed outward creates a magnetic field of attraction.
Respect is something that everyone should have. No man, woman, or child should ever be disrespected. But unfortunately, some people don't know how to show respect to others. Or some may not realize that they are not respecting others.
It's very hard to respect someone who cannot respect themselves.
A person that respects themselves will treat others with respect. This is how you earn respect.
To respect a person because they are of color or of a certain ethnic background doesn't mean you really respect them.
We may respect people's accomplishments or their beliefs but if they disrespect themselves we cannot truly respect them.
If we are honest with ourselves we will agree the most violent people and the most violent neighborhoods we have ever witnessed are filled with people that disrespect themselves.
In my country, Children are always taught to respect their parents and elders. Parents try their best, but the rest is left to the children whether they want to be respected or not.
I don’t have kids, but I am going to have them one day. And hopefully, kids that respect their parents.
That may sound like a pretty basic thing to say, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard stories from people who have teenagers in their house who don’t respect them. Not hearing this as an issue doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.
**Further more;**
Respect is a necessity, not a luxury. Learning to respect people is a skill you can learn. People aren't born with it. You can teach it to them. So how do you teach someone to respect others?
First and foremost, you have to be respectful. You have to treat people like human beings. Don't pass judgment and show others that you trust them. Show them what trust looks like. Don't give them a reason to disrespect you.
Second, help others to build their self-respect. Contrary to popular belief, what goes around doesn't always come around if you give respect but don't expect or receive it back because that's not how respect works. Instead, you should teach others what respect feels and looks like by being open and honest with them. Treat them with kindness and the kind of civility they deserve.
Respect is not the absence of differences, but the ability to embrace them.
Respect isn't what you say, it's what you do. It's not how you treat your friends, it's how you treat EVERYONE.
Closing thought:
Respect is a two-way street. If you expect it from others, you must also give it to them. If you don't like how people are treating you, then it's up to you to change the way you behave. Treat everyone in your life with the same respect that you expect from them.

Kindness is the best way to approach people and their problems without expecting anything in return.
Kindness is the only language which you cannot learn through schools or colleges. There are people who are born kind and there are those who become kind because of experiences in life.
Kindness begins with little things like saying hello to a stranger who you pass by on the street. It could be as simple as helping an elderly man cross the road, or giving up your seat to someone who needs it more than you do. It's as easy as taking out the trash when you're done using it and not leaving it for someone else, who'll have to do it all over again.
The smallest acts of kindness can make a person's day, and they could go on to make the greatest changes if given enough time and opportunity.
Kindness can be the most powerful force on earth. It is the key to a better tomorrow. A word of encouragement to a friend can be more valuable than money.
We need more people like a man I know, Mr White, who donated most of his money to charity when he died. We need more people like Bill Gates, who believes in solving the world’s problems by providing free computers to millions of children in developing countries.
The internet used to be a place where strangers would help each other and where knowledge was shared freely. Nowadays, it has become an ugly place. Trolls are everywhere and they are hiding behind fake accounts and lying about who they are and what they do. They discourage others from sharing their knowledge, simply because their opinion and information differs from theirs.
Kindness is a simple idea that wasn't easy to think of. In this world today, with so many hardships and sadness, people sometimes forget how to be kind to one another. Although it was simple to think of an idea that we could act upon - the execution of the idea was far from simple.
We have all seen the power of positivity and encouragement. This is why it's so important for us to spread kindness in every day actions. Kindness is not only for you but for everyone involved. Sometimes being kind isn't about you, but about someone else.
Kindness is a trait that people aspire to and embody, but for the most part, it is not something we practice.
The real world is cruel; the Internet is crueler. People treat each other terribly online and it's a problem. Online, kindness can be dismissed as a trite word; a hallmark of naïveté that has no place in the world of real people.
But if you're someone who uses social networks, chances are you've seen instances of kindness. A welcome note to a stranger in their mentions. The random favor that sparks a full-blown friendship. The "thank you" note on Reddit that starts a chain reaction of goodwill and positivity.
The compliment that helps someone feel better about themselves even just for a minute during a bad day. Even if it doesn't address the greater problem of Internet cruelty, kindness can be powerful tool to make life better for everyone.
Be kind on the Internet, and things will change.

**What is the meaning of unity in diversity?**
Unity in diversity is a concept that your society existed in this world for centuries. The main objective of unity in diversity is to ensure that the society does not remain a monotonous group. It helps us to understand that we can all celebrate our differences and yet still enjoy the same principles, values and most importantly the same goal.
The concept encourages us to understand that although we all have different backgrounds, where we come from and what our belief systems are, we are still united by the same goals and principles. It allows us to have an understanding that people are different yet they all have the same rights and obligations. Unity in diversity allows us to acknowledge our differences and celebrate our diverse cultures.
Every person, place and thing in this world is different. Be it the way we think, perceive or react to something or someone.
What is special about this diversity is that one different characteristic enhances and enriches the other.
Just like how rain drops come together to form a river, people from various regions come together and create something big.
Down the centuries, various countries have come together to create great things together. For example world cup of different sports.
However, unity in diversity is not just a theory but an inherent part of our society. People from different parts of the country celebrate festivals belonging to various religions; food is prepared with flavours from various spices and each state has its own cuisine.
Diversity plays a significant role in making a country or a community a peaceful and beautiful place to live in.
With the advancement of science and technology and with the rapid expansion of social media, it is easy today to take diversity for granted.
We have Workplace Diversity, Gender diversity,
Diversity is often spoken about and is a well-known term. But probably not many of us have tried to understand what exactly does it mean? When we talk about diversity, we are in fact talking about unity in diversity.
From a distance we can see unity in diversity but up close we can see that nothing is what it seems. We all wakeup to different alarm clocks and we all go to sleep with different dreams.
It is not about finding perfect people for us, its about finding perfect people for each other. It is not about finding similar thoughts, its about finding similar souls. It is not about having the same color skin, its about having same blood running through each our veins.
It is not about being from same part of the World, its about being from same part of the universe. It might be better to have a little space between you and the next person. Its important to have your own space for yourself. Your own dreams for you believe in. Your own future for you to shape it the way you want it to be. You know yourself better than anyone else and only you can decide what's right for you.

Reality is very sobering and cruel. The harsh truth is that we are more divided than ever for the sake of our personal opinions and fanaticism. It is important for us to be aware of our own actions and that we do not create differences amongst people whom we should be unifying as a race.

As humans, our first responsibility is to cater for the needs of our family and friends.
Charity Begins at home. For you to help people of the larger society, you need to start from those that are close to you. The society can only have a limited effect on.
Most people help those outside before those they are close to just because they want to show off. Those they help will feel they've helped their family/friends already. Without knowing that they didn't.
You are responsible, first and foremost, to the people who depend on you and when it comes to your family and friends, you can't take that responsibility lightly. If you're an adult, making sure that the people you love are taken care of should be your top priority. They depend on you for their every need.
There is a certain amount of satisfaction to be gained from helping your close relations. But there is also a limit to how much help you can give them (even if you're rich). If you help them too much, or if you try to help others too much, then you will end up hurting yourself and them.
If a person becomes wealthy, it is not valid to deny this lesson. If a person has achieved wealth, they have a moral obligation to do something with it.
We have a duty to be responsible for the people closest to us in our lives.
This focus is important as it is essential that as individuals, we take responsibility for each other. Families are integral to this; they support and love us, teach us right and wrong and provide us with hope and stability.
The members of the family can counteract the coldness of the outside world when it comes to individuals and their human rights.
People say they would do anything for their family and friends; in short, they are willing to make any sacrifice they think they should. Given the chance to earn money, save lives, or otherwise improve upon a situation that would directly benefit the lives of their loved ones, most of us would take the opportunity. Unfortunately, this isn’t how things often go.
Despite our good intentions it’s hard to know when to say yes and when to say no. We all have different ideas of what should be done with our time and resources and knowing where to draw the line between serving others and taking care of our own needs can be a hard thing to discern.
The struggle becomes greater when the needs of others overlap with our own and we have to make hard choices about who deserves our time and resources more than others.
In the end, we all struggle with the question of what is enough for us and what we should do for the people we care about.
Many people need help and many people are willing to give help. But if we want to help the truly needy, we need to focus our efforts on those closest to us.
I'm also a firm believer in the value of charity. Giving money, food, and clothing to those who need it can be incredibly rewarding and is something we should all do. But a person's first responsibility is for the needs of their own family and friends.
**Closing thought**
If you have no self-love and care for yourself, why should you love and care for others? When you put yourself and your family first, self-love is created. You are your family.
We don't think enough about our own role in this, but in order to have an impact on other people, we have to take care of ourselves, be healthy and live with resilience, we have to be generous and compassionate with ourselves and others, and we have to be creating something that is meaningful for ourselves.
Sometimes this can feel like a burden, but I'd rather approach it as an opportunity because it means that I can choose how I want my life to be and who I want to be.

Health is the main source of wealth because it provides the freedom to do what you want in life.
What is health? It's the condition of being sound in body, or a state enjoying good health. For years, winners were a series of photos demonstrating how ill people can be and how healthy their mindset made them feel.
Health is a wealth. We talk about it all the time and we don't realize the importance of it until we lose it.
We often associate wealth with money, but let's be honest, health is a much better state than being poor.
This is the same with life, when our health is good and everything is a flow, everything seems to work for us and we can be whatever we want to be and achieve anything. But, things get changed when we are not healthy, then everything gets derailed and we are in a different mode and we are not any more who we want to be.
Thus, health is wealth which has been proven by many people throughout history. If you look at successful people in the world, majority of them are healthy and they hold all the necessary ingredients including wealth.
There is no wealthy without health.
The reason why I am writing this post is to remind you that you should not only work to get rich or famous, but you should also try to be healthy and wealthy as well.
Health is wealth. Access to health related information is a right of every person and should be easily available for free.
There are many things that will affect your health in a negative way: stress, lack of sleep, negativity etc. The mind will always play a major role in any physical health condition that you have. Your mind will encourage or discourage your body from being healthy.
As humans our thoughts and feelings ultimately manifest themselves on our physical body. The cells and molecules of our bodies are made from the energy of thought. An invisible energy is what our universe is composed of and everything can be explained by vibrations and frequencies of energy which we can't physically see.
Health is a key factor in living a long and successful life. It's why so many people dedicate themselves to fitness, wellness and responsible living.
Being healthy can improve your life in so many ways. Not only are good physical health and a healthy lifestyle critical to a healthy, happy and successful life, but proven health benefits can actually save you money! .

Health is wealth, yet it is not something one can easily acquire. More so in a society where sometimes the very tool that is supposed to keep us fit and healthy our body is the same vice which ends up taking our lives.

I get it, maintaining good health can be hard. It's not just enough to eat well and workout. Life is busy and there are a lot of things to attend to. I'm guilty of not exercising a few times a week but I always make sure I do it every day.
It's been proven that exercise is one of the best medicines to remain healthy. I'm not advocating that everyone should run for miles, but even a brisk walk on a daily basis helps.

Inequality is an important element of the world. It is due to the value that people have their own positions and so they fight each other. Inequality means that there are differences between people, even though they are made in the same way.
Humankind has always suffered from inequalities, across the lifespan and across all societies.
Inequalities might be as old as humanity itself, but they are not inherent to human society.
Generally, Inequalities simply means not being equal
**Mathematically**,
Inequalities can be either;
**less than <,**
**greater than >,**
**less than/equal to ≤,**
**greater than/equal to ≥.**
My Mathematics lecturer once asked a question in class.
He said;
What if there is equality in humans? How would this world be if everyone is equal? If Mr A, Mr B, Mr C, Mr D... has the same amount of money cars and power.
Based on my own knowledge, I replied the lecturer that;
The world would be full of peace! It will be a place where there is no competition, no jealousy, no job. Everyone will work and spend as they wish. They will work only because they like it.
No one will be obliged to do anything. There will be no need for a strict system of law and order in the country.
Nobody would be poor nobody would be rich nobody will face inequality. There won't be rich people's property and poor people's homes
You'll live in your house, and I'll live in my house.
And we'll all live side by side! No one will feel inferior to anyone. Others' money, fame and power will not matter at all!
For there is equality among us!
Then he replied and said; ***"You are right but, If everyone in this world is equal, this life will be boring, there will be no competition. When you compete with someone, you always do better and that makes you grow.***
***If everyone is equal, it will be a life of no opportunities. If there is equality, then why do we need to work hard? We will not be motivated to work harder and make our lives better. If there is equality in this world, then we will not have any great leaders"***
**The Future is Equal.**
If there is equality - if everyone in this world is equal, the progress and development of human civilization will come to a grinding halt. They say that if we are all the same, there will be no one to do the dirty work. We are all different because we were created to fulfill our own unique missions. Without diversity, we become one dimensional and life becomes stale and flat. There is no growth or movement and stagnation ensues.
Then why are we so different from each other? - The mystery of diversity can be answered by the theory of evolution. The Theory states that the process of evolution is the process of selection of favorable genes prevalent in the gene pool for reproduction and survival of the fittest.
Whether this leads to other people to fall behind or it makes you more motivated depends on your point of view. There are some people who feel very uncomfortable with inequality and try to achieve it always. This can motivate you, but it can also give you a feeling that you need to do something for them always. You will be uncomfortable with this idea that other people will stay behind, so you will do everything to make them feel good, but you may become overprotective.

Diversity is an important thing, like one of the forms of diversity is equality. Since the beginning of civilization is inequality which has been a part of human life, and has been with us since the beginning of human development.

My friend has a crush on a girl, he didn't know how to approach her, because he is the shy type.
He once said she was just his friend but I know he is in love with her. I could see it in his eyes, the way he would look at her and how he would try to make her laugh. I couldn't stand to watch this play out any longer.
So I advised him to write a letter to her. Still he couldn't write out the letter. All he was saying is " I just love her". I know you love her, but you need to express it the letter "I replied".
Help me write it please. I laughed at him, because he couldn't construct a simple love letter. Out of friendship, I wrote it for him.
Below is the letter I wrote for him
`This is just a short love letter to the one I truly love. My love for you knows no end. I fell in love with you when we first met and honestly, I don’t think I’m capable of not loving you.`
`The times we've spent together, we have shared so much, and because of you, I have learned to see life in a simpler but also a more meaningful way. Life seems so much more beautiful, meaningful and fulfilling when you’re by my side.`
`I'm writing this letter to you because I love you.`
`I wanted to tell you that in person, but every time I've tried to tell you that in the past, I get tongue tied and you get uncomfortable and then I've not told you that much.`
`And in a lot of ways, it feels like my life is a series of love letters to you.`

There are a lot of people who show love for the one they care about. Their tone, the way they speak, their wordings and the mannerisms build an image that really matters to people even if it is not true.
All these things change a lot in their lives. There are people who are just like that . They also feel lonely and feeble. Imagine a girl or boy sitting in front of their laptop or phone, with their face almost close to the screen as they read your words.
They feel as if you know everything about them. But when you are typing, are you being honest?
An intelligent being should always try to be positive in its approach and honest in everything that it does. It should try to change this world of ours into a better place where people always try to be happy by making others happy too.
Tell the truth always and never hide anything because it always surfaces up one day or the other.
Unconfessed love is a common subject that is being discussed by the people these days. It is not necessary that it happens because of the reason only when one person loves another. There could be various reasons for why people hide their real feelings for others. They could be apprehensive about the other's response or they might be afraid of getting rejected by the other person.
Love is the feeling that cannot be denied by any person. This feeling is so strong that it could force one to do anything for the sake of their beloved ones. It is natural and it is something that cannot be controlled by one's own will power.
But there are some guys who have a different mentality with respect to love. They are apprehensive about speaking up their feelings to their loved ones especially girls and they end up getting harsh reactions from them.
Not confessing your love is somehow dangerous. Its a feeling which engulfs you completely, it takes over your thoughts and every moment of your life. You want to speak out but are worried about the repercussions.
You are so scared and at the same time you wanna shout out loud. There is nothing that can stop a person in love and when they have found the love of their life, it's just impossible to hold back.
It happens with everyone, in every city, with every person and every relationship. Even if you don't know the person personally, you might feel the same way about someone. Falling in love is probably the most exciting and amazing thing which can happen to you. And when you have found the one, its just living heaven on Earth itself.

We all have the routine of the things we do each day. Every morning, we wake up and check on our to-do list and try to finish as many things as possible. We check emails, read news, try to finish some pending tasks, exercise, make breakfast and so on.
But sometimes, our brain fails us. It happens when we are too tired or when we just can't figure out what to do next.
Ever since I've been home for holiday, I've been a little bit lazy, in the sense that I won't stand up from bed early.
Every morning, before I get up from bed, I need to check my phone for notifications, check out some text messages, unread emails and a few snaps. Check the snaps and then check all other things. After checking, I will get up in expectation that food will be ready already.
Sometimes my mum will be the one to call. "Abhay" food is ready!!.
If I'm awake then I may go see what's in the kitchen or just go back to sleep. But if I'm still asleep than how do you wake me up from sleep? It's very easy, just by hearing the sound of food being ready.
Im sure this doesnt happen to me only. even though you aren't hungry, once you hear food is ready, your stomach starts to growl and Make some sounds.
So this morning, as usual I was still asleep, it was few minutes past 7 already. I could hear mum calling me from sleep, though it seemed like she was saying it in my dream, but it was in real life. She called me because she wanted me to help her with something. But the sleep was just too sweet.
The next thing I heard was "**food is ready".** I did not wait for any confirmation from my brain, which was still in sleep mode. I got up and went to the living room.
When you have hunger pangs, you have got no time to think of anything else other than food. The only thing that matters is food right at this moment.
When you are hungry your only concern is food. You don't even bother about cleanliness or how you look at that moment. You only think about one thing, and that is food.
I was surprised to see that the experience of coming down to eat was completely different from the usual one. While I sleeping, my stomach was growling and when I came down I saw my mum laughing.
"It was at this moment I knew I fucked up" I burst into laughter when I found out I was fooled.
This is exactly what happens with our choices and things we say to people. We should not be moved by any temporary thing until we get all the information we need.
It may cause delay in your decision making process when you miss out on things which may alter your choice.
I usually reply back with I'm coming, But today I did something different. I tried to break the ritual, I went down without even reasoning it was too early for food to be done.
At the end of the day, I did what she called me for initially, and I was the one that made the food this morning.

Just because your heart was broken, 💔doesn't mean you should tear down
You are struggling. You don't know what to do and you are so tired of it. You don't believe me when I tell you that life is going to be better, it's hard, isn't it? It's hard to trust people, it's hard to think positive, and even harder to not cry.
But guess what? You can do it. Yes, you can. So let me tell you a story,
**A true story about myself.**
*When I was still in high school, I was good at mathematics. So there was a particular year that I failed my test, in high school, they test us twice before they collate the result together. The first test is 40% while the second is 60%.*
*When the first test result came out, I checked my score and I got Zero. Not even 20%, or even 10%, but zero. Me? I was surprised and I went to my match teacher to complain because what I did was sure for me.*
*I got to him and found out that I wrote the wrong question. I made a little mistake while copying the question from the whiteboard. If he were to mark with the wrong question I wrote, I will get my full mark.*
*But the deed is done, I got Zero, while my other classmates passed. I began to cry, I was pained. Just a little mistake, the teacher should have known it was a mistake.*
*After that day I buckled up and decided to give my all in the second test. To cut short the story, the second test came, I made sure I didn't make any mistake.*
*The result came out and I got my full 60%. In total, my score was the second-highest that year, despite my failure in the first test.*
What I'm trying to preach here is that we shouldn't let our current situation weigh us down, don't cry, focus on things that are yet to come and you will cry no more.
If I hadn't stopped crying, I would have failed woefully that year. Tears will bring no solution to one's problem.
Sometimes it feels really tough to cope up with our everyday life. There are days when we feel like all is lost, our world has come to end, but this isn't the case. Yes! When it feels that you are at your worst, when you think that all is lost, remember that these times won't last for long.
Quick reminder:
You are a warrior, stronger than the toughest of storms. You are the kind of person who might not have the most money, but has so much love to give to those who care. You have managed to survive some of the hardest circumstances and you can be sure you can manage this too.
Make a list of all the things you love about yourself. Read through it before falling asleep every night and remind yourself each morning that there is no reason to cry.
Then write down all the good things which will happen to you in today's future. Try to focus on them.
Let's look at it this way, you once had it all, but you seemed to have lost your mind to a point that you failed to realize that you actually had it good. The fact is, your current situation isn't as bad.

Jesus, you are all that matters in my life because at the center of it all, it's you that I see. Not money and fame, not power and success, not family and friends, but Jesus.

Everything else comes second because of what Jesus means to me. It's Jesus that I seek and it's Jesus that I trust. His presence is constantly with me, guiding me along my way to give me hope, meaning, and joy.
No matter how many goals I set or how many challenges I face in this journey of life, it's Jesus that I remember to give me the strength to overcome them all.
His unconditional love has blessed me with the gift of forgiveness, the power of new life, and a feeling of peace no one can take away from me. So when things don't seem fair or when my heart is filled with doubt, it's Jesus that I seek. Because at the center of it all, it's Jesus that I see.
In the midst of all the chaos, the confusion and the hurt, there is a chance to rise above it all. To put it all in perspective. To make sense of it all. To find sanity in the madness. It all comes down to one sole fact.
In the center of it all, there's a stillness.
In the center of it all, there's a voice that whispers "I love you."
In the center of it all, there's a man there for me.

There's no need for doubt, for submission to His will is divine. The beauty of the world has gone unnoticed, but only because I've never looked. In many ways I feel unseen. But I can't recall a time when I felt so free or when I had a greater sense of awareness. What if my purpose was to serve others in their greatest time of need?
You see he is there in every tear, in every smile and every chill down my spine. He is why I dance and sing as though it's my last day on earth
Now I’m sharing a fact with you. It’s about Jesus, who you should know about by now. But if you don’t know Him yet, that’s okay. Here is a great fact about Jesus to get you started.
When we have no one to turn to he is always there, Jesus is always there in times of trouble, chaos, and concerns. In time of need he is there with a hug, a cool drink and a word of encouragement. He's there for you in every walk of life.
He is the light that brighten your day and the friend that keep you from being lonely. He is patient, strong, understanding and cares about even the smallest of details. It's ok to ask for help we are never alone when we call on Jesus.
That He is God.
That He lives in you.
That He’s always there, supporting and guiding you and never leaves you alone.
That He loves you more than anyone else ever will.
Yes, He really really really loves you.

Love doesn't care if there are any challenges or obstacles. If two people love each other truly, no matter the conditions, they'll try to make things work out.
A lot of people face these challenges a lot. And it is mostly a problem from individual parents. Some parents don't want their children to marry someone from another culture, religion, a poor background, etc...
These things can't be a hindrance to true love. Mind you, I said **true love.**
**Love doesn't care if one is black or white,**
**love doesn't care if one is a Christian or a Muslim,**
**love doesn't care if one is a Banker or a teacher,**
**Love doesn't care is you are a Nigerian or a Filipino**
**love doesn't care if one is rich or poor,**
**love doesn't give a shit about any obstacles**.
The most common challenges in love is Religion, culture and Wealth. Parents don't want their children to get converted into another religion by the partner.
Also they don't want their children to suffer l, that is why they want their children to marry rich men. But what is the essence, if both parties have a good paying job. Even if there is nothing, they will both work it's out, it is love.
Though it isn't easy to overcome some obstacles because one can't completely ignore his/her parents. But if there is true love, you will fight for what is yours.
Parents are being protective. They want the best for their children that is why they want things to be fine for them.
But still, if there is true love, you will be able to convince your parents to agree with you.
**Here is the story of two lovers, Victor and Ewa, whose parents were against their relationship**.
`Victor and Ewa were two high school students who were in the same class. They quickly fell in love and started dating each other, they felt love at first sight.`
`Their true love story began at the same school and ended up in the same university.`
`But their relationship created quite a stir in both families. She is a Muslim and he is a Christian.`
`Victor’s father was very upset and felt bad about his son's action in bringing a Muslim girl home. He told Victor he would never accept her as his daughter-in-law because she is a Muslim, which he considered to be a disgrace.`
`The girl's parents didn't accept the boy as well because he sees him as a Christian.`
`So both families oppose this union and they push them away from each other.`
`This resulted in a separation between these two lovers which makes them think of giving up, but they do not give up and they continue trusting each other that they can overcome all obstacles.`
`The two lovers decided to get married despite the opposition from both families. It was a very difficult decision, but they knew that they were meant for each other.`
`The engagement ceremony took place, but this escalated the conflict between the two families.`
`A few days after the wedding, both parents became tired of going against their children. The children have done what they want already and they are living happily.`
`The parents of both sides finally agreed to their children when the daughter was pregnant already.`

This is a story of how Victor and Ewa overcame their differences from religion. This shows that true love could overcome anything.
They were able to communicate, they were able to understand each other and most importantly, they were able to share their feelings with each other in order to build a strong foundation for their relationship.
Though the decision they took was brave and dangerous, but this is just to prove that love doesn't care.
The love story above is still an inspiration for those who want to love despite all the obstacles.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but the world is kind of scary right now. This is why I, Abhay, am putting all things into perspective.
I know a lot of us are feeling so much right now. And as I look around at all the people who have been there for me through every step of my journey, it only makes me love you all more. And as I look around at all the people who are facing these issues for the very first time, it only makes me love you all more.
I know a lot of us are unloading a lot on social media and it’s cool if you wanna do that. But I specifically wanted to reach out and tell you that I thought about us today. Because I know we all feel like we’re facing whatever by ourselves right now. And I wanted to take a moment to remind us that’s NOT true.
Maybe it’s just me, but whenever I’m facing something big, and I think about all the friends who’ve been there for me before, they always come out of nowhere and they are EXTRA.
It’s time to stop worrying about tomorrow and start living for today because there may not be a tomorrow.
Let’s start small. Let’s start with our health. We can eat better, move more and sleep more. And when we are healthier, that is a product of how we live our lives, we can continue to make positive choices.
I want you to empower yourself to do whatever it takes to live your best life.
I want you to inspire yourself to love yourself because if you don’t, who will?
I’m not gonna lie. Soliloquizing is not a normal thing for most people. But I can’t help myself. I pick up my phone and talk to myself at least once a day.
I love it. In fact, I’m doing it right now.
But my soliloquy isn’t just any old rant or rave.
No, I use my phone as a personal motivation coach.
I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’m going to do after
I’ve been thinking about my next article- I know that I’m excited to write on the subject of motivation and facts ... and I have this idea that makes me so excited, but it’s too early to share.
I think we need a whole new way of viewing the world.
One thing we probably both agree on is that fact is so much more interesting than fiction. Fiction is all make-believe, right? Admit it, your life is so much more exciting than any novel or movie you’ve ever seen.
**Social media** is truly magical. It allows you to talk to your friends, to create communities of like-minded people, and to get on the same page with someone who shares your views.
I can’t imagine how I’d feel if I didn’t have Twitter as a way to cheer laughter. I can’t imagine being without the ability to share photos with my contacts, or to give people behind the scenes looks into my life.
The Internet is truly transformative in this way, but it is also so much more. It gives brands a public voice. It gives people access to the world of commerce that was previously only available to a select few. It allows us to participate in communities we never would have had access to before.
**Finally**;
A lot of us forget that we have a voice. We get busy, get distracted, get wrapped up in the antics of everyone and everything around us and suddenly, we’re not quite sure what we want anymore.
The problem is, you do know what you want. You just don't trust yourself to know what you want.
I’m no expert, but I do know this: if you’re not answering the questions you ask yourself regularly, you’re missing out on a lot of the truth about life and the world that you live in.
You’ll never know why you do what you do unless you listen to yourself. Your best friend, your worst enemy, your deepest lover, your most vicious competitor is always with you. And it's called: You.
You are the only person in this world who can control how much you stress and how much you relax, how confident you feel and how happy you are.
So be your biggest fan. Be your own hero.

Twitter ban lifted in Nigeria

The social media giant Twitter is now accessible in Nigeria again after it was blocked by all Nigerian Internet Service Providers six months ago.
It has finally happened, after six months of the ban on Twitter in Nigeria, the platform has been restored. Now Nigerians can tweet again.
This is after the federal government lifted the ban. The social media service was banned by the country's authorities because of its ongoing failure to share information on some accounts that were being used to propagate hate speech.
The governor of the state, Lai Mohammed said that the court ruled in favor of Twitter, and it is no longer banned in the country.
The social media service was banned by the Nigerian authorities, they had said that they wanted Twitter to give them details of some accounts, which they believed were used to spread hate speech in the country.
It had been reported as early as January that this ban would be lifted. But the federal government finally announced yesterday that the Twitter ban has been lifted officially.
The statement was confirmed by Mallam Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, who is the technical chairman for twitter Nigeria.
“`We are pleased to see this come to a conclusion, and we look forward to continuing to help unlock the power of Twitter in Nigeria.”`
`It should also be noted that this is not the first time Twitter has found itself under fire in Nigeria, with similar bans being suggested a little over three years ago.`
`However, it is also important to note that despite the ban, Twitter usage in Nigeria actually increased year-on-year, with there being an increase from 16 million monthly active users to 23 million monthly active users."`
In the announcement, it was said that the government would allow access to the social network site immediately provided "they remove the abusive and unsavory comments on their platform."

The social media platform said it was “re-delivering” tweets that had been held back for six months to local users.

The ban followed criticism by President Muhammadu Buhari's administration over reports that some quarters were using social media to spread "hate speech".
Several local newspapers reported that dozens of Twitter users were arrested for using the platform to criticize President Buhari.
Twitter is not blocked from other African countries including Ghana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Uganda.
Report said the country has made N546.5b economic losses since the ban has been placed on twitter Nigeria.
We would be lying if we say we don't know the motive behind the ban, because Twitter is a place where Nigerians lend out their voices the most. They tried to keep our mouths shut, but still, we didn't keep shut.
Though they silenced us a little bit, but now that it is back, we are back.

Because of the ban, many Nigerians found other ways to get online and circumvent the ban. The mobile application Telegram, for example, became extremely popular during this time.
I personally, I use Twitter a lot. I have a lot of followers then, but now I'm no longer active on the app like before. So many businesses went into disarray.
But thank God it is finally back. We know it is a strategy to campaign for the coming election in 2023. But we hope it remains open for use and not banned anymore.

Unless God is with us, all is in vain. This ancient Hebrew saying should be etched into our hearts, most certainly into the hearts of all who consider, or have considered, suicide.
There have been many times when I have found myself extremely tempted to give up on life. But as soon as I let myself imagine a future without God in it, I realize that that would be a future of vain pursuits with no fulfillment. As the above saying says, unless God is with us, all is in vain.
Without God, all is in vain. This is the way it should be, because history is filled with men and women who assumed that they could do it all by themselves.
This is a great mistake, because we are not capable of doing it all by ourselves. However, when we admit our weaknesses, when we admit that we need God to be with us, then our lives become very different from what they were before.
Unless God is with us, all is in vain
In many languages, the words for "unless God" or "without God" are simply an expression of the word "in vain."
"In vain" is the word the Bible used in this verse to remind us that everything we do apart from God is not worth doing.
This one thought - unless God is with us, all is in vain - it's so powerful! But it's also scary.
The idea within the quote is that without God, anything we do is in vain, or as in this case meaning our prayers are in vain. This quote has been used with different variations of it meaning, but the way I was taught it was to call it God's spirit.
When God is with us, all things are possible. When we realize that God has a plan and a purpose for our lives, we can begin to lay aside our doubts and our fears, and we can take those first steps of faith.
Regardless of what you believe in and what religion you are, I think this quote translates into anyone in a sense of doing something for a greater good. For example, helping someone out because you want to and not because you want the reward.
We all know the saying "behind every great man is a great woman" or "behind every successful man there is a supportive wife. Same way "behind every successful human, there is God.
It's powerful because when we realize everything we do apart from God is in vain, then we grasp how futile our own efforts really are. We begin to see how our petty motivations, selfish pride and misguided efforts are so powerless.
But this truth is scary too because it's a humbling thought. It shows us how much we need God to be with us in order to do anything worthwhile. It shows us that God is the key to every good work we will ever accomplish.

Unless God is with us we can do nothing. Unless we are blessed by the Holy Spirit, we shall achieve nothing.
We were given a spirit of fear, not of self-confidence. How different it would be if the spirit that animated us were the spirit of love and confidence! To be afraid of failure - yes, to wish to succeed, to pray to succeed: that is natural. And yet this prayer, this desire of ours to succeed, what does it amount to?
Each of us have a dream in our heart. A dream to make an impact, to change the world for the better.
A dream to leave a legacy that reflects our values through our actions and the actions of others. A legacy we can be proud of. Nothing is more powerful than puting God first.
There are those that believe all can be done through hard work, discipline and sacrifice; yet they do not acknowledge God's presence as an important component towards success.

**Wisdom**
Wisdom is the combining of knowledge, education and experience Creating meaning out of those three things. It's deciding to be successful. It's having great life experiences. The ability to take what you have and create something new from it is the foundation for wisdom.
Wisdom is knowledge. Wisdom allows you to see beyond the surface, to notice patterns and connections that others don't see.
It gives you something solid to stand on, so you can bring order to the chaos of a complex situation. It enables you to predict the consequences of your actions. Wisdom gives you a foundation of ideas and principles on which you can build a plan.
Wisdom has power.
Meaning when we choose to walk down the right path, that power is multiplied.
The right path is the path of knowledge and positive action. Each of us has the power to walk that path and each of us has the power to choose what we do with what we know.
A person's wisdom is defined by the choices they make with the power they have.
We all have it within ourselves to be happy, to be healthy and to live a life well-lived. But there will always be obstacles along the way. It is up to each of us to be strong enough to face those obstacles, whatever that might mean for us personally, so that we can achieve our greatest potential and leave this world better than we found it.
**Effort / Hard work**
There are two types of effort: the effort of sustained attention and the effort of consistent discipline. You can’t be taught effort, nor can it be given to you, but it can be developed.
Is there a difference between effort and hard work?
I realise that's a confusing question. After all, aren't they the same thing? The dictionary puts it this way:
**Hard work** is the laborious exertion of strength or faculties; **Effort** is the amount of physical or mental force you apply to complete a task.
Effort and Hardwork are synonyms. Though there is a little difference between effort and hard work. Effort does not guarantee success. In fact, it doesn't even guarantee noticeable results, except when wisdom is being applied.
Does having Wisdom and effort guarantee success?
Everyone knows that technical skills are important to success, but what about wisdom and effort? Can you succeed without them?
Success is not what we are created for, it’s what we do with what we possess. We have been given so many talents, skills and abilities but the greatest weapon in handling them is wisdom. Wisdom is a reflection of the application of knowledge, experience, training and education to acquire deep understanding of things.
Wisdom and effort are important to success in any field. Everything that you attain is the result of one or both of these. Sometimes both come into play and much of the time it is just wisdom without sufficient effort. There are also times when only effort is involved, or wisdom with little or no effort.
The tendency seems to be that people automatically ask for wisdom and attribute their success to it.
`This was illustrated by a small story that I heard in my school days. As I recall it, a king once ordered everyone to pay him homage by praying to him in his presence. The king wanted to know who among his subjects were truly wise, so he set up a test. He sat in a large hall where he could observe many people passing through the area. He ordered those who went in to pray to him to leave through different doors, each door leading to a separate kingdom or destination. Two or three people appeared and took their seats on either side of the king.`
Most people tend to think that success occurs as a result of genius or luck. They believe that a genius has a unique ability to make things happen, while luck is pure chance or probability.
The truth is, neither one of these concepts fully explain success. A person who has no special abilities nor luck can still achieve high levels of success simply by understanding the two elements of that success: wisdom and effort.
**Wisdom and effort are important to success in any field. What is the benefit of applying wisdom and hardwork when it comes to personal finances?**
Money is a powerful thing. It can help us travel the world, buy a home and raise our families. It is important that we know how to manage money in a way that will allow us to reach our financial goals.
One of the important factors in managing our money is wisdom. By gaining wisdom on personal finance, we can make sound decisions that will benefit our finances. Wisdom helps provide clarity and gives us direction on where we want to go with our money. We can use wisdom to help us make the right decision for ourselves and to help avoid making bad financial decisions.
A bad financial decision occurs when we are not wise with our money. We can have lots of good intentions but without wisdom, we might not have the ability or means to carry out our actions and in turn, they can lead to bad financial decisions such as using credit cards when we do not have the income to pay them back.

Procrastination is a volitional delay of an intended action despite expecting potential benefits from that action. The term is often used with a negative connotation to refer to an attitude which is manifested in a pattern of delaying or avoiding tasks or assignments.
Procrastinators are often phenomenally well-informed, capable and hard-working individuals who are frequently distracted by their own emotional needs and the need for instant gratification.

According to the Atlantic, "People often procrastinate because they fear that they simply won't be good enough, or they won't enjoy the work as much as they anticipate, or they'll get caught up in distractions, or they'll be criticized for their efforts. Overcoming all of that is a tall order, and you need a good reason to start. "
I believe, if you are a millennial who is running a startup, procrastination is definitely one of the hardest things to overcome.
Take for example when writing post. When it came to writing an introduction/summary of articles, I sometimes feel totally stumped. There is an article I've been putting it off for over two weeks, but I haven't completed it due to procrastination.
It's easy to feel overwhelmed when you have a long list of things that need to get done. Before you know it, you're putting things off and not getting anything done.
If you're wondering why you are procrastinating on the things that matter most, it's because it's easier to do the things you enjoy. It's harder to do the things that aren't enjoyable, but they often benefit your life in a much bigger way.

Forgive yourself for mistakes. Most people tend to beat themselves up when they make a mistake and this can make them less likely to want to do something again. Instead of beating yourself up, forgive yourself for making a mistake and remember that it happens to everyone.

I’m sure you’ve seen it a million times in friends, family, co-workers and people on the street. It can be little things that don’t seem like a big deal like telling someone you will call them back but never do or bigger things like putting off your taxes and finding out they are due tomorrow while you were preoccupied with other things.
When we procrastinate there are two types of procrastinators we fall into - active and passive. We all have active tendencies but if you find yourself falling into the passive procrastination category more often than not you need to work on some new habits.

The next time you want to put something off, remind yourself of how good you will feel once you accomplish your goal.
**You will need these 5 steps to beat procrastination.**
Step 1: Assess the reason you are putting something off. Is it a fear of the outcome or a fear of the task itself?
Step 2: Determine if you have been procrastinating for a long time or is this just a case of the blues?
Step 3: If you've been procrastinating for awhile, try and figure out a pattern that occurs before you give in to putting things off. What's going on in your life at that time? Where are you in your life's journey?
Step 4: Analyze if your resolve to get things done is waning. Maybe you don't have the energy to complete a task because it's too big or hard. Break the task down into smaller ones that are less daunting and easier to swallow.
Step 5: The best way to achieve your goals is to have short-term deadlines. Why? Because short-term deadlines force you to take action.
Stick to the plan.
**Procrastinating?**
Ever suffered from the fear of failure? The fear of failure is one of the primary reasons for procrastination and lack of motivation. The fear of failing can cause you to delay starting your next project or hobby in order to avoid the possibility disappointment. However, by putting off your work, you have already have failed (in your eyes) at starting it. This can cause your motivation to drop and leave you feeling unmotivated.
It’s important to understand that when you put off a task, project or hobby, you’re not really delaying it at all. What you’re really doing is giving up on that activity. Therefore, if you put off a certain activity and never get started, then yes, you have given up on it.
Not only do fears of failure and procrastination keep people from achieving what they want in life, but it can also cause people to experience self abuse.
**Tell procrastination "enough is enough"**
Reaching the pinnacle of success is only possible when you recognize procrastination for what it is: A villain disguised as an ally.
It all starts with you. The battle against procrastination begins when you say, "Enough is enough."
The hardest part is to recognize your own behavior and realize that you are the one that holds the key.

Everyone has a story to tell and I believe in the power of someone to change the world. I need you to know that Little drops of water make the ocean.
One man can change the world, As a child looks up at his dad and says "Dad, I want to be like you"... or your spouse tells you.. "you're my Hero". As you see the stories on the news about those who are making a difference in many ways, Let me share with you one thing..
I am just one person, but I am in a position where it's my job to light up the dark places where we live. I'm here to encourage and uplift others, to share the joys of our lives and to shed some light on those that are bringing others down by their lack of knowledge.
And if one man can inspire another man, then why can't we all be great?
And if one man can change another man's life, then why can't we change the whole world?

You have dreams and a vision for your life and most likely so does everyone around you. If you put your dreams into action, amazing things will happen and yes miracles can happen too.
You see, I am an ordinary man. But I understand that I can make a difference. Just like you, I am full of dreams: to travel the world, start a family and make a difference in this world. But I understand that getting there is not a solo act. It takes the best from all of us to truly make a difference.
If it wasn't for our heroes past, who stood up and fought for our freedom, we wouldn't be able to work on educating the next generation.
And let's try our best so we can be proud to say "if it wasn't for someone like me, the next generation wouldn't have access to the best education possible"
If we look at the history of humanity,it's clear that there are many people around us have achieved a lot in life. They have some common features. They are brave enough to take the first step, they never say die and they always believe in themselves.Everybody wants to be successful. We all want to change our world. But only a few succeed.
One man can change the world, one person can inspire others to be better and do more. One person can motivate others and keep them strong in tough times.
**How can I/we change the world?**
1. **Be a role model**. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be you. In a world full of fake and plastic, kids are starved for authenticity. So be real, be consistent, and do your best every day to show them how great it can be to be yourself.
2. **Teach** people how to handle adversity by sharing your own experiences with failure and how you overcame it. Let them see you fail, pick yourself up, and try again. When they have their inevitable failures, they'll know what to do.
3. **Use your platform when you have it.** Speaking at events helps spread your message, but so does attending events as a spectator. Your presence alone can motivate others to aspire to bigger things.
4. **Volunteer** at your church, mosque or community center. Organized volunteerism is important because it gives you a chance to build relationships with other like-minded people who are doing important work in your community that benefits everyone involved.
5. **Be Curious**- Curious people know better than to take things at face value. They question everything and as a result they know more.
6. **Be Kind**- Kindness is free and has the power to heal and make the world a better place.
7. **Be Patient**- People who are patient will always be happier than people who aren't patient because they have time to enjoy life.
8. **Take The High Road**- Life is too short for wasting time on pettiness or negativity.
9. **Do Your Best To Stay Positive**- Look at every situation in a positive light because positive people attract positivity.
10. **Appreciate What You Have**- Because no matter how bad life may seem, there's always someone who has it worse than you do.
11. **Hold Yourself Accountable For Your Actions**- You'll be surprised as to how much of your success is determined by how much you push yourself.

God is love and this is the greatest love. This love is from God and to God all existence is open. To be in love, then, is to know the fullness of being alive.
God is love. God loves you and Jesus died for your sins. Nothing is impossibles for God. God is able to do all things. Whatsoever you decide to do in life, one thing is certain, GOD IS LOVE.
The truth. The truth set us free from all things. Including death and sin. When we accept the truth, the truth will set us free.
"For you, who believe in God, have all things. But for those who do not believe, there is the punishment of eternal destruction."
The greatest love we can receive comes from God. The greatest love we can show comes from God. And though our hearts are capable of loving many things, we must strive to make all our loves reflect the true love from which they flow.
What love really means to me is finding the greatest love in God.
I want someone with a divine heart, who truly desires a relationship with God, because that’s what I am looking for: a genuine relationship with God.
The word “love” gets confused here. People confuse love and lust all the time. It’s what Hollywood portrays, and sadly in the church, as well.
Yes, we all desire love, to be loved and to feel loved. But what does love really mean? Love is defined by God. It means to “be patient, kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud,” and “not easily angered; keep no record of wrongs.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-5) That’s what love really means to me.
Without God, I would not know how to love correctly.
God's greatest love for us was shown at the incarnation of Jesus Christ. God became man, so that man could become God. Dear brothers and sisters, God's greatest love for us was shown at the incarnation of Jesus Christ. God became man, so that man could become God.
God came down to human level, he did not entrust himself to human hands in order to remain far from us, but so that through his own humanity he might bring us near to the Father in heaven.

**BitcoinCash is an alternative coin which is a fork of Bitcoin. Last year, we had the time of price increase and also decrease in price.**
In the last 24 hours, BCH dropped more than 9% percent. It is currently being traded at $395 per BCH. The fall started yesterday when BTC dropped to $49,000. The coin further fell to a low of $42,000. Many reasons are making headlines as the primary reason behind the recent performance of bitcoin cash.
As we all know, around September last year BCH had surpassed the $700 price mark. That was quite an achievement for a coin that had just been created 5 years back. However, it was just one of the many steps BCH is going to take on its way to the top.
The outage of one of the largest bitcoin cash mining pools, ViaBTC mining pool is being considered as one of the reasons behind BCH price dip. The mining pool was down for quite some time and its users were unable to sell their coins for BTC or USD. Although the pool was back to normal sometime later, it couldn't have been a good thing for BCH traders at that point in time.
**Why BCH price is falling**
We've witnessed the rise of BCH, the same way we are currently witnessing the dip. It is hard to define the major reason behind fall in price.
The upward rise of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) was a phenomenon that gained much attention among cryptocurrency enthusiasts. The same phenomenon has to be seen in reverse, as the coin is currently having a hard time to stay above $390 mark. Looking at the chart, the dip is obvious, but why is that?
Why is BCH price falling - there are many reasons for this to happen. Overall, the BCH price has been manipulated by whales, alike to many other altcoins. Those who wanted to see it succeed and bring Bitcoin Cash back on track have been tricked by the pump, which resulted in over optimism of BCH price as itis predicted to reach $5000.
Two weeks ago, BCH was trading at around $450/BCH, which made it reach a 10% decrease.
An analysis done by Satoshi's vision, a crypto market data and trading platform as shown that out of the top 10 exchanges which contribute to BTC volume, only one exchange is trading in BCH. This is a major factor which is contributing to the dip in BCH.
Bitcoin Cash is a decentralized currency. There is no need for large amounts of capital to maintain it. It does not rely on third party services for money transmission. Most importantly, the next wave of applications for Bitcoin Cash will be coming soon and will be designed with this in mind.
