I know some people just won't understand, but some days, I prefer the silence. The lack of conversations. Moments where I can allow the thoughts to drown me so I can sleep at 2 AMs. The sound of the rain. Sometimes, I wonder how the world could be so busy yet quiet at the same time. I sit somewhere random and just let the world spin without me moving, not an inch, as if I'm stuck like it always seems. You see, some days I just want to stay still. To feel. To assure myself that everything falling apart hasn't numbed me down yet.
