We only ask questions that leads us to believe that we just shouldn’t worry at all. But I’m here to tell you that will never happen. It is just a part of us to worry some. The key here is manage worry to a level that we can live with without affecting our life in a negative way. So how do you manage “worry”? The easiest and most effective way is to first, identify what it is you are worried about. Second, ask an honest question; do you have any influence over this worry? If so, then use courage and willingness to take action to enact your influence as much as possible. If the answer is no, you don’t have any influence over this worry, let it go. If you cannot do anything about it, it doesn’t deserve to occupy space within you. Yes, it is that simple. Stress and worry is simply dealt with in that fashion. This is how you manage your worrying to a level that isn’t detrimental to yourself or your health. It is that simple. Just not always that easy. Especially if you have some very strong beliefs that your should worry about things you don’t have influence over. Just unconsciously always worrying about everything. You have to be present and mindful to ask these informative questions to acknowledge what you have to take action on or to let go of. This simple technique is also a way to alleviate a certain amount of depression, anxiety, fear, sadness, and other thoughts and emotions that weight you down and hold you back in life. Only hold onto what you have influence over. Let go of that you don’t. Acknowledge that you don’t have to carry anymore than you are able to change. Free yourself from too much. Only you have the power to let go or to take action on. Choose wisely.
