Flowers for #Itaewon. Bad news upon bad news. 151 was the highest reported death toll so far and many more injured from the Halloween event in Seoul. Reports said the event was attended by mostly young people. Mostly young women died and 19 foreigners. The number is still rising. While police forces and firefighters were there, the number of crowd for the capacity of the place was not monitored. From what I've read so far, maybe because of the number of people, some fell from a street crushing those who were below it and this in turn caused panic. Some accounted that the crowd got rowdier and rowdier before the crowd surge/crush as what reports said. Many suffered cardiac arrest and problems with breathing.
