1 BCH(?) from noise and read. My journey in blogging. Before joining platforms where you can earn through blogging, I was one of those who tried faucets just to earn bitcoin. I can't remember now how much have I earned and what are those sites. I'm pretty sure what I have earned from those is negligible. Blogging sites/apps I joined I was then invited by friends to join Bubblews. For those who are not familiar with Bubblews, it was a microblogging site where you get to earn…

Victims of Success I encountered that phrase yesterday. A man sick with cancer had been undergoing treatment for a long time. The treatment he received worked. The cancer cells have diminished. However, it left him weak. He cannot eat and do his usual activities. He was treated from the cancer but his body took a hit. Then I read Ruffa's post entitled Till I Collapse where it tells of fictional character who forgot his loved ones. Not intentionally though. In his desire to…

PHOTOBLOG: Reflections in my mind, I mean from my phone As you all know, I love taking a walk, short walk, long walk, and even go jogging sometimes. It does take my mind off the things that worries me. It helps to clear my head. The things I see around me distract me from matters that need to be dealt with. When I go out for a jog, I am armed with just my phone. Most of the times, I don't bring money or just enough to buy what I decided to purchase at the time. This is to…

Tired but rested Meet Yuri. This playful fur of a thing would get so excited that she pees all. the. time. She is an outgoing dog and would always get your attention. I am just a guy easily falling for her tricks. I was busy posting a short blog about my walk today when in came Yuri which was a pleasant surprise. I had to stop what I am doing and picked her up only to realize she peed. Again. This time some got to my shorts. I have to put her back down and in she went to our…

Musta? (How are you?) The stubborn and the possessed? Went out for a walk. *Check*. Made some noise. *Check*. Write an article. *Doing it now*. (If this is published that means it's done) *Musta? Kumusta? Kamusta?* (How are you?) These words are worst than COVID. At least to some. A friend (Friend A) just chatted me earlier telling about a common friend (Friend B) who chatted him out of the blue asking how he is. The innocent Friend A replied and kept chatting with Friend B…

Those thoughts from not so long ago I was browsing through an old notebook. It's not a diary. Just a notebook where I write some stuff and ideas, passwords, names, some thoughts that I don't remember now why I wrote them or what they were used for. Even my handwriting is not that legible. I have a hard time understanding what I wrote. There were keywords and phrases that I think were used in other blogging sites that I have joined before. Some of the phrases I wrote were:…

Road side sceneries Going home to our town after our Bontoc and Barlig tour visits, we passed by mountainous landscapes. At that time, the bridge that used to connect the road along the national highway was washed away during one of the strong storms that hit the country. That is travelers to Mountain Province had to detour to Bauko which made the travel time longer. On our way to Bontoc, it was already dark when we have arrived in Bauko. There was nothing to see then.…

Me, minus minus The things I don't do anymore Since pandemic, there are things we used to do that were put on hold. Some of us miss traveling, café hopping, sports - but I will not talk about that. Let's talk about things that even though pandemic did not happen, there are things that you have done before but will not do it now or avoid doing as much as possible. Events photographer I have written in one of my posts about an event that I covered. That was during the time…

Of Airdrop and Stake: A note to myself Everyday we learn new things. Learning is a continuous process. There are new information everyday, every hour, every minute. We learn, unlearn, re-learn - such is the cycle. I have been mulling over this for days whether to write it or not. I wanted to write this as a note to myself. I haven't mastered anything yet. I want to look back to this in the future and see how far I've come. *****Feel free to comment your inputs regarding…

If the head is empty, photo gallery is the key I have no plan idea what to write today. It's a rainy night and I intended to sleep it off. I was saddened by the news that one fellow noiser (dunnadelicious) just passed away. I don't know her personally. I had interacted with her a few times. Although that is the extent of my relationship with her, it's still sad to lose someone. Prayers to the family. There were other saddening news that happened and it does have an affect.…

It's not the same anymore I took some photos in the yard yesterday and I'm sharing it with you here including the lead image. I was looking for droplets that I can take photo of. I am fascinated by those I see being posted in noise and here in read. I had been raining a lot these days that it's just an opportune time for droplet photography. I still need practice. Last night, I participated in two airdrops but only got lucky with one. These are the ARG token and KTH token.…

I love you 300! This is going to be another free write. I am having random topics nowadays - away from what I use to write about food and travel and my photography. I'm trying to ride the flow. This is going to be brief. **Hello 300! Where are you?** I noticed the number 300 under my profile here. So these days my head is filled with airdrops and I have been posting about those both here and in noise. To update, I have been able to withdraw my free lovecoins. They use…

Mash-up Monday: Let's do the mix Yesterday evening, the rain stopped. I thought that I can go out for a walk early today but then I woke up late. The sun was barely felt the whole day. It even rained some this afternoon. While I am writing this, the mash up of dogs in our neighborhood can be heard. Some deep, some high pitched. Then the sound of cars and roar of motorcycles. There's a burst of laughter in the distance. The opening and closing of gates. The shriek of kids…

Toss it up Tuesday! After **Mash-up Monday** let's have another random post for you. I have been meaning to write travel blogs and food blogs but I can't find my footing. There is the idea but as what emily2u said "the ink is not flowing." https://read.cash/@emily2u/writing-cheat-days-54c9e951 While waiting for that right motivation to write about more of the things that I want, let's just try to write random stuff. Today was another day of not being able to go out for a jog…

Memories of Agoo: Home of Dinengdeng Festival I have yet to attend Agoo's *Dinengdeng Festival*. Dinengdeng is a vegetable dish that is cooked in *banga* or clay pot during the early times. This festival replaced the Tobacco Festival. Because tobacco festival is very common in this region, the municipality decided to come up with another festival. Thus, the birth of Dinengdeng Festival. Source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinengdeng_festival What I want to share with you…

I'm the king of rainbows No, not our LGBTQ+ friends but why not? I went out for a jog/walk earlier today. I did not expect to be witnessing a sunrise so I started slow. However, who am I kidding? Whenever it rains the previous night, expect something spectacular happening the next morning. I had to start slow because my right knee has been bothering me for days. It's still uncomfortable now. Why did I chose to go out for a walk still even if my knee is bothering me? I wanted…

Last Excuse. Another memory revisited. I'm not sure if I wrote an article about my experience with a mango tree when I vacationed at my aunt's place. I can't seem to find it. Anyway, I'll get to that later. After I wrote **Memories of Agoo: Home of Dinengdeng Festival** another memory persisted. I think my brain wants to clean stuff out like my phone kept showing a warning that memory is low so I have to clear some space. I have to do that later on or else I couldn't store…

Shared walk, double the steps, double the sweat My partner and I decided to go for a walk taking the same route we did last time. We were up early. My partner was up earlier for there were tasks that needs to be finished. I woke up later for I was planning on going for a jog/walk again. My partner decided to come so we had to go later. I have to charge my phone anyway for I need it to be fully charged for the app I am using drains my phone quicker. Also, I need to take…

This is my September Last month, I posted an article about photos in my August album that I posted in my social media account. I have created an album of every month and uploaded in every album photos I took of each corresponding month that I feel would belong in that collection. I don't know what made me delete almost all of those. I think I was of the thought that I got fed up with the photos and I was hoping to start anew. However, that did not happen because when my…

Beyond the barks and howls It's hump day! Did you know that this phrase was used as early as 1950s? Source https://www.dictionary.com/e/slang/happy-hump-day/ Hump day refers to the middle of the normal work week which is Wednesday. How did my Wednesday go? Was it about the dogs in our neighborhood that had been barking since forever? 3 a.m. is the schedule of our garbage collection. I know. It's that early. For me, I don't mind since I am awake that time anyway. Sometimes,…

Short but sweet Ended up going out for a walk and slept a lot today. I always feel sluggish when I sleep a lot. Rested but not rested. The sun was already high when we decided to go out for a walk. I have planned on going out today since there was a scheduled power interruption. My partner decided to come with me so we did go to one of the usual routes. The reason we were late going out was that I had to finish some files before the brown out. I tried to work quickly so I…

Sit, walk, run, watch, noise, read, play, eat Those were some of the things that I did today. I was hoping for a lovelier sunrise but the lead image was what was shown me this morning when I went out for a walk/jog. Whenever it rains in the evening, a spectacular sunrise awaits the next day but that is not always the case. It did rain last night so I thought maybe there is a nicer sunrise today. As it was still a work day for me, I tried to squeeze in as much time as I can…

These feet are made for walking Got up early but went out late. It doesn't matter though for the goal today is to walk as many steps as I can. It's the weekend. No work to worry about. My plan was to go out at 4:00 a.m. but then my phone was not fully charged. I need it to be fully charged for the app (Actifit) that I am using drains my battery quickly that's why I need my phone to be fully charged for aside from the app I still have to use it for taking photos so my phone…

It's time to close. **The bird** That's as close as I can get a photo of the bird. I was taking a photo of the landscape when I noticed the bird flying in the frame. I am not sure what kind of bird it was. At that moment, I wanted to be that bird so I can admire the beauty of everything below. We all know that from a higher perspective, it's a different view up there. It also makes us see things in a bigger picture, how small we really are. The foreground in the photo are…

They dwell among us I read **Ling01's** post about Angels. I have been meaning to write about the stories told by other people regarding angels but can't find the opportunity yet to do so. https://read.cash/@Ling01/the-story-of-an-angel-in-disguise-021cec89 We all know that we have our own beliefs and convictions. Busted! Who's that? The lead image was taken during my walk earlier today. It was taken at the protected area that is slowly being encroached by land grabbers. Anyway, let's get on with our topic for today. Have you ever wondered whos busts or statues are those that you see in your area? In your city? Or places you have been? Here are some of those that you can see in our city. I only jogged in the park today specifically Burnham Park. The park was named after the Daniel…

Superabundant September. Of this and that. It's now the end of September. Let's get on with our reports. This is a list of the articles I made this month. This post will be the 28th post. I was unable to meet the goal of one-a-day publishing although I haven't set that as a goal anyway. My only goal for the month is to see 1 bch in my wallet but that did not happen. Yet. This month I averaged $10.46 per article. Whereas last month I averaged $11.36 per article. I earned a…
