What is the essence of the law if it's just meant for some? Many people are calling for this law as the solution to Nigerian problem, the law is over hyped in Nigeria, laws do not work on their own to fix things without the strong will of the institutions. Since they have been using Sharia law in the North, how many political looters, rich adulterers, etc has the law scrutinized except the poor and voiceless blasphemers? Maybe rich no don't commit crime and fornication. We have enough religious laws inside Nigerian constitution, Nigerian main problem isn't the lack of law but lack of sincere implementation. China is neither a Muslim nor Christian country, yet they are getting it right. LAW ONLY WORKS IF THE INSTITUTIONS MAKE EVERYONE TO BE EQUAL BEFORE THE GIVEN LAW.
