To blow out of proportion!

I remember when I was in fourth standard during my schooling days, our English teacher had given a phrase, which we would have to use to make a sentence, as a part of homework. The phrase was - "to be blown out of proportion", which means to cause (something) to become larger than it should be or to be treated as something worse or more important than it really is, or in other words - to exaggerate. The next day the teacher made us read our sentences aloud. They were many amusing ones like "when I blew air in the balloon, it blew out of proportion", etc, but the funniest one was - **"when was aunt got pregnant, her belly was blown out of proportion".** We all had a heart laugh after hearing that one and that also included our English teacher.
