In the gym, with weights and bar, We work our muscles hard and far, But one area we mustn't neglect, Is our back, so strong and erect.

Rows and pull-ups, deadlifts too, These exercises we must pursue, For a strong back means a strong core, And less risk of injury, that's for sure.

With every rep, we feel the burn, But we push through, we must learn, For the benefits are plain to see, A back that's healthy, and pain-free.
