I was not able to visit read.cash these past days because of some paperworks and requirements at work. When I checked it out this morning and scrolled through my notification as well as the homepage, I felt a bit disappointed because it seems like the platform has been flooded by sponsorship, giveaways, etc. It's like, everyone has been doing it and it's really annoying. I also initiated the same activity before but I realized it's not helping the community in publishing or creating quality and relevant articles. I barely see some of my favorite authors here sharing their write-ups, shots and artworks... just these giveaway threads. I know it's not against the rule of read.cash but as time goes, more and more users are doing these, making the feed looks like troll or something. Anyway, we can sponsor each one of us without flooding the site ☺PS I have nothing against the organizers of the said activity/ies, I'm just sharing my insight about the current situation here ♥ spread love, not hate!

Agreed. It used to be so fun a month ago or so. I'm just giving it a bit more time then if nothing really changes despite the things we do then I'm honestly going to focus on my freelance job 😂. I miss seeing you draw though

Exactly, this is one of the reasons why I was inactive this past few days I got annoyed by my notification flooded with giveaways and sponsorship advertisements. Same here I also conducted giveaways before but after that, I stopped and also stop participating in those activities. I pity the platform even on the main page I almost see giveaways and sponsorship. Even Mictoranni posted his insights about this.
Yeahhh I totally agree. I hope it will lessen so that the platform wont look like a spam site

that's the good thing is, yung may quality parin na kino-consider. Tsaka nakaka banas din yyung iba sabaya sabay na kasi halos yun nalang nakikita ko sa feed hahaha

It not just happened but it started weeks ago actually after the rewrite contest stopped. Haven't you noticed that? This is how read.cash looks like to the outside world.
