But here there is a HUGE difference depending on who's in control of the area politically. Like governor in New York banning medicine that is used successfull in Florida.

This guy is better than any doctor I've ever known. Especially at explaining things in a simple way. That's because he actually understands how things work. Most doctors sadly don't lol.
