~ The Saddest Story Behind Melon~ Melon! another favorite fruit of mine. I'm preparing it now for tonight's dessert, but I can't wait to eat it 😆 Okay,, just one cup to taste. But you know, I have a very touching story behind Melon. It was April 2017, my brother was very sick. He was confined in the hospital. During that time I was here Manila, I only got a chance to see him in pictures or videos sent by my sister. I cried each time I see his pictures, he 's very thin and weak. One day, my sister video called me, she was in the hospital sitting besides my kuya. I told her to put the earphone to kuya's ears, I was crying when I heard kuya's whispering voice calling my name. He told me " Come home now, I want to see you" then I promised him I'm coming home. I asked him what food he wanted to eat and he replied " I want to eat Melon with milk, please bring me melon when you come" 😌 The following day I took my flight going back home to Cebu. While on my way home from the airport, I dropped by in the Market to buy Melon. And to make the story short, I went to hospital with kuya's request, a Melon with milk. I cried embracing my kuya whispering him "Kuya here's your Melon", he just opened his eyes, he cannot move his body and even his head, an oxygen hose connected on his nose. I let him ate, He slowly opened his mouth as I gently put the spoon with Melon on his mouth. He smiled chewing slowly the shredded melon telling me" it's yummy" 😊few days later, kuya went to heaven.😥 I'm missing so much my kuya, and I'm gonna miss him more whenever I eat Melon. 😌 ~Be inspired but do not copy @ezo 6:58 pm 5/28/2021
