•Human Interest Photography ~The Fisherman And The Scarecrow~ This was photographed in the middle of the sea nearby Camotes Island, Cebu Philippines. This scene caught my attention while we were in the fast craft ride going for an Island adventure with my officemates way back 2013. Good I've saved my old photographs in my Fb Album. I thought scarecrow is only use by farmers in the rice field to scare away the crows, until I saw a fisherman and scarecrow floating in the middle of the sea. I was a little girl when I first saw a real scarecrow. I used to go with my Dad and Mom in our small rice field in Samar to visit the farmers and check when harvest season is nearing. I remember I was scared upon seeing the scarecrow, I thought it was a monster. 😆 So if farmers use scarecrow to deter birds from eating seeds and fruits, then the fishermen also use it to stops the seabirds diving into fishing nets. ~Be inspired but do not copy @ezo 8:58 pm 7/09/2021
