RANT This is the second time where my promised package from attending webinars are not delivered to me. If it was really my fault, it would have been fine. But I did not receive any calls nor texts despite the fact that I have been excitedly waiting for it for a few months. As if I would have the time to go to Bicutan to get a hoodie when the courier literally made no attempt to reach me. Argh, I am so frustrated. I wanted that merch so bad. Plus, I know that they have my right address since I managed to receive some mails from them in the past. But when pandemic happened, it seems like my place suddenly vanished from their radar. I do not want to blame them but I hate how in this email, it looks like as if I was the one at fault when in fact I have been waiting and keeping my line open since the webinars happened.
