The Divine Beast was out last night... sort of. She'd draped her head and neck over her warm hide and one of the birch logs, and the rest of her body was coiled up in that spot she likes behind it. She's still in blue, so she wasn't very happy when I opened the enclosure to add a bit more water to her dish and her substrate. The pose she's taken in this picture is somewhere between "I'm outta here" and "I'm gonna chomp ya if you get too close." It might sound a bit aggressive, but this is actually 100% defensive. She's just on edge about potential threats because she can't see well right now. As soon as the fluid under the old eye caps clears up and she finishes this shed she'll be back to her normal agreeable self.
