The Divine Beast's menu currently consists of mice. We buy them frozen and when it's time to feed her we thaw one overnight in the fridge, then warm it up in hot water when it's time for her to eat. She's getting big enough that we're starting to think about moving up to rats, but ball pythons are notoriously picky eaters at times and we were wondering if switching would present a problem... Ha. The little stinker latched onto my finger instead of the mouse tonight. No hesitation, just munch. I get the feeling she's going to be just fine with whatever we give her. 🤣 (My finger is completely fine, by the way. Barely more than a paper cut when all is said and done. I've had worse from Vrtra when he missed his banana.)
