Do you ever think about how far technology has come in just a few short years? I'm sitting here at my mechanic's shop waiting for my oil change to be done. A few years ago I would have brought a notebook or laptop to work on a short story I'm writing, but today I'm doing that right on my phone. I don't even have to worry about transferring the document back over to my laptop when I'm done because the cloud save will update automatically. And where I might have stuck a bit of placeholder text to mark something that needed to be researched further at home, I can just do that on the fly. 🥰
