Hi all! little update, I did not have rice at lunch but I had biko and coffee for afternoon snack, masakit padin ang ulo ko and now, masakit katwan ko. haays. pag nagkasakit nga anman. Buti pa siguro kung di ako mnaligu kaninang umaga

I arrived home safely, I was alarmed earlier when riding tricab home when a man asked the driver to get inside the subdivision. I immediately took my blade and set myself to a defensive mode, at dasal sa bawat segundo. Sa awa ng Dios, I am safe. Sa panahon ngayon di pwedeng mahina ang babae, dapat matuto ng self defense dahil masyadong mapahamak ang panahon

Thank God my headache was already gone after sleeping early last night and avoiding screen time. I also took a 500mg paracetamol to soothe my headache faster. Now I'll be active again here.

Headache limited my movement, my eyes hurt a lot whenever I look at screens and last night, I tried to sleep as early as I can but all of it did nothing to soothe my pain. I tried having warm soup as well last night an this morning

And all of a sudden I felt headache, this is perhaps my period is coming. I want to go home ans sleep na but I had to stay and finish today's work load

So a friend gave me coffee, it's very strong that when I added half of the content onto a cup with hot water and drank it, sumakit ulo.ko kahit di ko pa natapos inumin. Grabe Yung tapang ng kape
