I hadd spaghetti for lunch. It was a colleaguevs birthday and there are lots of free food again. Karen just a arrived bringing even more food. I feel full since I had eaten at 10 am because I was starving. Now I'm longing for the drinks but I still had to wait for a while

one thing for sure once u eat on that it was satisfying as well and your tummy will be full as well
