naku may beale 1.5 hours deduction kami sis sa first 1 minute tapos may additional deduction pa sa mga susunod na minuto

we have an equivalent of 1.5 hours deduction on our first minute of late, my friend and I found it very unfair because some of my colleagues are exempted
It is disgrace.
I also getting late sometimes. Its okay.
