I took a selfie earlier and realized I gained so much weight during the holiday season. My face got rounder haha! Funny because my goal was to lose weight. sigh!

My husbnad and I talked about my weight gain and I told him I had to go diet to live longer for the kids kay hangak na gyud tawon inig mutungas padulong sa kaldsada. My weight gain started when I tried to jog every morning last July and it gave me good appetite. The fact is everyone really need to watch their health these days because it is very expensive when we get sick.

Hello, it's very hot today and I had a very funny experience this morning while going to work. I was rushing as always and and went to the paradahan and only then I realized that I was not able to get money and soon the tricab went on. Just when I thought only alcohol could give people hang over but I realized I got hang over from the medicine I took last night. I drank neozep forte; if you are in the Philippines, you may be familiar with it and to those who are not familiar wit it, it's a cold medicine that contains Phenylephrine HCl, Chlorphenamine Maleate, and Paracetamol.
