And all of a sudden I felt headache, this is perhaps my period is coming. I want to go home ans sleep na but I had to stay and finish today's work load

Headache limited my movement, my eyes hurt a lot whenever I look at screens and last night, I tried to sleep as early as I can but all of it did nothing to soothe my pain. I tried having warm soup as well last night an this morning

so my period finally came, still, my headache is still bad, my hips has been hurting as well pero laban lang! di tayo anak ng ano, haha. How hav eya'll been doing?

It's 9 am ang the day has just started in my workplace. Good morning all! It's the last duty for the week and I am looking forward to the rest day Tomorrow. Well who isn't looking forward to rest, right?

Thank God my headache was already gone after sleeping early last night and avoiding screen time. I also took a 500mg paracetamol to soothe my headache faster. Now I'll be active again here.

I arrived home safely, I was alarmed earlier when riding tricab home when a man asked the driver to get inside the subdivision. I immediately took my blade and set myself to a defensive mode, at dasal sa bawat segundo. Sa awa ng Dios, I am safe. Yesterday, prior to the meeting I attended, nag inom ako ng neozep, tapos ilang minuto lang, grabe yung drowsiness ko. Naka idlip ako nang ilang beses di ako effective na secretary kahapon, dami kong na miss na mga dapat i record. wala kasing no-drowse na gamot na available kaya yun ang nangyari

I really felt great this morning despite my colds which became cough. I had a long sleep because of the neozep I drank. Sleep is really needed when you get sick, that's when your body heals

Our plant manager got arthritis again and he went home early today. Arthritis is never easy, he said it is really painful that even just a blow of wind feels very painful

I saw my mother today, my kids were with her and they wanted to go to the farm by hitching a ride from my uncle. When I passed by them, I was going to my workplace that time, I saw my mum seeking shelter on a papaya tree and next to them is garbage. I really felt sorry of my mum, I have been praying for a better life for her and I hope God will hear my prayers
