How can I be a law abiding citizen of my country?

Having the knowledge from the laws that are being set by the government of the society has a very wide impact to all.

By knowing about the meaning and importance of rules and regulations,there will be a continuous development,avoidance of crimes,accidents,and other

related negatively effect can be mitigated.

For instance,as of now they are still in the Covid-19 pandemic. There is a continuously

increasing rate of being infected by the virus because of this devastating disease.Therefore,the

government have set the protocols under the"Bayanihan to Heal As One Act" such as wearing of facemasks,maintaining the social distancing, washing of hands by alcohol or soap and staying

at home if there is not a necessary things to do outside. But still because of being an

irresponsible citizen, the rates of infections becomes worst. There are still people who are not following the protocols and it results in d aily increase of being positive inCovid-19. Since I already know about the effect of being disobedience, I am always following the protocols like wearing of face mask in order for the other people to avoid of being infected and especially myself and my family.

Another example, there are more people are becoming financially unstable and it results them to do crimes like hostage, kidnapped for ransom, theft and other negative things that they tend todo. I should put in my mind that there are punishment for those who do things that are not good therefore I should always balance the right thing not just for my ambition but also for the peacefulness of the whole society.

I must become a literate and obey of the laws that are being imposed or set by the

government and other peacekeepers, because according to Thomas Jefferson, “Ignorance of the law is no excuse in any country. If it were, the laws would lose their effect, because it can always be pretended.” it, is very important for myself to follow the laws because I am not just the beneficiary but as well the whole society, if I will disobeyed the rules, the community were gets distracted.
