this is a good read. Self-esteem once lost could be very hard to take back again specially when you don't have a good support system. I shall head to readcash for this. Great day ahead.

  Good morning Miss PatJules83 thank you very much for your comment, certainly the Self-esteem when it is lost or neglected brings devastating consequences, and that is where it plays a key role, that we know ourselves correctly, we know when something is not going well, all this involves constant work, as mentioned in this publication, the Self-esteem is a very important factor in the development of our self-esteem.
