- The Goblin Baltazar - Legend has it that in XVIII in the city of Bogota (Colombia), there was a house located on Calle 13 with Carrera 5ª. Months went by and her belly grew, this poor girl lived these long months with shame, which for her were a real torture, she avoided people noticing her pregnancy, because they would start making fun of her, hiding her belly in the old house where she worked, the great moment arrived, In the middle of a freezing night the child was born, the name she gave him was Baltazar, her cries and screams on the walls echoed, the poor girl was no longer performing in her work, trying to hide the baby and silence him, and her colleagues began to suspect, and her bosses knew that she was no longer acting normal. She looked for the most viable solution for that situation, and with the moon as a witness, she threw poor Baltazar into the water well located in the patio of the big house, full of fear and with very little compassion, she threw him, so that he would silence his screams, and no one would know about that little boy, however she thought that with the depth of the well, he would be quiet and everything would calm down, but it was not so, the deeper he went, the more he cried, his crying was never quiet, and here dear readers, is where the real terror begins. Because he was abandoned by his mother, and thrown into that well, Baltazar did not remain at rest, nor did he leave this earthly world, on the contrary, he became a mysterious being, capable of scaring in that place, so much so that he was called El Duende Baltazar (Baltazar the goblin). It is said that his spirit comes out to scare pregnant women, but not only to scare, but also to remind them that a great curse can befall them if they decide to abandon their babies. In the courtyard of the house his feet can be noticed.
