Love Yourself First It sounds somewhat hypocritical when we say that we love the world, that we love everyone, but at the same time we hate ourselves, we despise ourselves, we don't love ourselves. Before loving anyone or anything, love yourself first. It is the only way to begin to feel that true love, if you despise yourself you do not love anyone, you do not love anyone, because how can we not love ourselves, if at the end of the day we are alone against the world, our body is the best tool we have to face anything. However, if you do not love yourself, you will understand why you have not been able to achieve many things in life, why you are still stagnant, why you feel that life is like being without oxygen.
