Good morning. Finally a little time for myself and two days of rest this weekend, I will be extremely pleased. My responsibilities at work are bigger because I am training new job candidates and it is really quite hard, due to the lack of manpower, the company has lowered the criteria for new workers. So they profile various profiles of people who need to fit everything into one functional whole. Some give up after the first day, some are persistent but difficult to understand and cannot master what would be called material. Of course, there are those who do everything well, but unfortunately they are in the minority. Greetings to all people of good will and have a nice weekend. Dobro jutro. Konačno malo vremena za sebe i dva dana odmora ovaj vikend,izuzetno će mi prijati. Obaveze na poslu su mi veće jel držim obuku novih kandidata za posao i zaista je poprilično naporno,zbog nedostatka radne snage,firma je poprilično spustila kriterijume za nove radnike. Tako da defiluju razni profili ljudi koje sve treba uklopiti u jednu funkcionalnu celinu. Neki odustanu posle prvog dana,neki su uporni ali teško shvataju i ne mogu da savladaju što bi se reklo gradivo. Naravno ima i onih kojima sve ide od ruke ali nažalost su u manjini.
