My dear opinions, I think that in the organization of a job, everything comes from the manager, I look specifically at how much insistence is on some stupid little things, there is quantity, and the quality is catastrophic, at the same time workers are exposed to pressure and mobbing, on Friday afternoons viber groups send various notifications about how bad the workers are, various tables with unfulfilled norms. The focus is always, of course, on the worker while the bosses do nothing to nurture a healthy atmosphere in the team.
