Dobro jutro narode moj.Još dva dana rada u II smeni pa konačno odlazak na dvonedeljni odmor,ove godine pošto sam promenio posao u opšte nisam koristio godišnji odmor i iskreno jedva čekam da se malo odmorim i napunim baterije. Greetings everyone, today is the first day of vacation dedicated to the kitchen, sauerkraut is simmering in a pot together with bacon and dry meat, it smells very nice, I can tell you, I added a little rosemary, allspice and mint. This year is slowly coming to an end, our team had a get-together and dinner last night, where in a nice and relaxed atmosphere we gave ourselves a little break from business obligations, it was very cheerful. The first snow is falling here in Belgrade, it's white and of course it's very cold, but it's nice to see the fields and roofs covered with white blankets.
