When I remember only 3 years ago with my colleagues I participated in the Nike mini marathon race of 10 kilometers, I finished the whole race, out of a total of 7000 participants I was 3924 about 6 kilometers I ran and 4 kilometers I walked fast during the race I combined this tactics alternately .Three years later today, a beautiful day, I am still nailed to the apartment, my knee is a little better, but my spine and right hip have not changed for now.
