"BARANGAYanihan PROJECT" PLTCOL BELSHAZZAR T VILLANOCHE, OIC together with "Class KINAADMAN" through the help of some stakeholders and private individuals establish "BARANGAYanihan" at Purok 2.C.Laserna St. Brgy. Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan. This initiative was created to extend help to community in every barangay that rarely reached out. More or less 80 recipient received the goods shared with this station.
