SOUP KITCHEN. Last July 9, a total of 200 recipients received LAL (Lugaw At Lumpia) and a cup of coffee from BREAD Society-Quezon City and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Batasan Hills. In compliance to strict health protocols and social distancing, the covered court of Talanay Area A, Northview Quezon City became a go-to place for free breakfast meals, July 9.
