News update: LGBTQ suspect in PALIT PERA MODUS continues to be monitored by the police The police are still monitoring the suspect in “PALIT PERA MODUS” who is an LGBTQ in the province of Aklan. Based on CCTV footage shown by some of the victimized commercial establishments in the province, the suspect's hand was quick and easy to convince sales ladies. Modus of the suspect who pretends to buy some items and pretends to exchange money and if given the chance, the sales lady will be told that the returned money is insufficient but in reality she has not paid enough cash. It was found out that 4 towns in Aklan particularly Kalibo, Banga, Altavas and Ibajay were victimized by the suspect.
