Scattered garbage in Bugtong Bato, Ibajay worries a concerned citizen. The locals say that they are the ones who are willing to clean them. They also called on anyone who can sponsor trash bins in such an area as some visitors seem to lack discipline and leave garbage. Why are there people like this? They are the ones who visit here, they are still leaving garbage.
