Some claim that ink mushrooms are delicious, but they need to be collected before their edges start turning black. As soon as it is fully grown, the whole cap melts into black ink in a matter of hours. The ones in the photo count as edible, I guess, but somehow I am not so tempted to taste them. #Photography #Fungi
