I'm really disappointed with myself. The day before, I managed to set my personal Actifit record of almost 18k steps... Obviously, that isn't the reason for my disappointment. I was really busy all week. And yesterday when I finally came home and I thought I finally have time to post my amazing result.... it turned out that it was already after midnight. What a pity, I missed my Actifit award. In consolance, I can at least think of all the steps that I had to make during the day. I have been involved into the organisation of a seminar and that really takes plenty of time and demands moving from one place to another. All in all, the seminar has been going mostly smoothly, so our efforts have been paying off. I haven't really gone out for walks. The sun sets at 15.30, so by the time the workday is over, it's pitch black... Still, I somehow like this dark and melancholic time of the year.
