Do you keep a diary? I've tried many times but I end up carried away by other fun activities and I have no time for the diary. I still remember one horrible period in my life when I was keeping a daily schedule hour by hour and striking out what has been done, shifting duties several days ahead when I couldn't fit it everything for the intended day. It was actually quite productive and I even felt good when I could see how far I have proceeded. Sadly, there came a point when I literally had no time to write new entries to the diary...
