今日餐點：番茄通心麵+英式烤雞(Roast Chicken) 超市的英式烤雞是個人滿常買的菜色，一盒450g不到2英鎊， 大塊又冷熱皆宜，而且味道清淡，稍微撒些胡椒就十分美味， 淋上些沾醬更能直接配麵配飯，非常方便， 雖然自己烤也不難，但便利性還是差的多了 ww
