Some treat dandelions as a weed, but in many rural regions of the United States and other parts of the world, dandelions are eaten as part of a delicious, nutritious food source. Here is a recipe for baked dandelions:
Ingredients:
Fresh large dandelion leaves
Olive oil
Spices
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit
Place dandelions in a bowl and add a little oil mixed with spices of your choice. Mix well to make sure the leaves are covered.
Place dandelion leaves individually on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 to 15 minutes until they are crispy.
