In my life, I have constantly encountered people who offer advice to others. But mostly I've seen that they don't actually follow these recommendations themselves. I know deep down that they try to change and manipulate the people around them because they don't have the intention or the courage to change themselves. However, change starts with ourselves. If we want to achieve something, we are the ones who have to take the responsibility. And we must take action. Our minds can be full of great, useful ideas. So why wait for others to bring these ideas to life rather than ourselves? If the idea is ours, we are the ones who have to act and we are the ones to take responsibility. The real leadership is to start walking on our path and to be able to continue it. No artist says to another, "I have a great dream. Everyone will love it. Come on, draw my dream." Painters engrave own imagination on their canvas. Or a poet doesn't say to another, "I got a great inspiration. Come on, write a poem." Poets express their feelings through poetry. Scientists make their own discoveries. Teachers share their knowledge with their students. Whoever achieves something in this world is the one who takes a step towards success. A running race can only be won by experiencing it. If you want something to be accomplished, you have to do it yourself. Even the biggest, most important ideas will not work unless action is taken. If this idea is really that important, the person who created it should take action. As important as ideas are, it is much more important to bring it to life with our actions. If you know the best of something, don't tell me, take action yourself. Congratulate yourself when you achieve something one day. People often consider actions and their consequences, not recommendations, and take success as an example. In this way, people may want to get advice from you.
