Chops that rise gradually but consistently is better for BCH overall, in my opinion. Chops mean when the price goes up and down like wwwwwwwww uwu uwu so cute, you at least won't worry that the $0.01 you paid today would be $1 in 3 months, or $0.001 for that matter. Let's get rich together, instead of being prone to pump and dumps. Pumps mean when people buy into a cryptocurrency/coin because of FOMO. Again, FOMO means people are buying because something is rising. Think of how KPop is really really popular now because it got popular suddenly, and people want to know what their friends are talking about. Part of that trend has nothing to do with how good the product is, and you will notice it in some stans who switch fandoms whenever someone else is more popular. I'm not saying that kpop is not good like how some coins have no use cases, but look back and many of these kpop stans used to be the emo kids, and where is emo now? Emo also wasn't bad, but for some things there are zeitgeists, where zeitgeist means the spirit of the times, or the popular thing at the time, and can be forgotten after a while. Time will tell for kpop if people will stay as stans, but 2nd gen stans l know of who learned hangeul in high school have moved on to tarot card reading, but that would be 대박, but also weird as the idols grow old with the fandoms. (Think of the "all Japanese moms know this song" meme) The dump in pump and dump means when the people who put in large amounts of money to push up the price of the coin decide that they could earn enough, and start taking in profits. This causes a sudden fall/crash in the price of the coin for those who did not participate or anticipate the sudden loss. I think some telegram groups try to do this because pumps really cause some major fomo. Not sure about their success but maybe some action in xrp late last year was due to them.
