Can someone from the inside tell me how the unvaccinated is decided. Unvaccinated is someone who didn't take any shot at all or someone who didn't take all the fully prescribed shots. In that case, when a new booster shot is added to the schedule, are all those previously fully vaccinated ones going to be counted as unvaccinated?
