I don't think finance can be completely decentralized so soon. I think systems with agreed-upon rules that apply universally can be implemented as smart contracts fairly quickly. For example, a distributed poker smart contract can be done easily but a distributed e-commerce or lending smart contract without a mechanism to intervene centrally won't be possible in the short or mid term.
