There should be multisig feature between two or more parties. When one party wants to sign a send transaction the other party can disable it within a set time frame. If they didn't disable it within the pre-agreed time frame the transaction will be broadcasted. This will work as a dead man's switch. I can get a lot of my friends to use this feature before going for a vaccine 😄
