Haha, sorry but I didn't know that there's a purple cauliflower. This is my first time seeing one! Surely I don't see it in shops. Did they colour this? Lol. Like I know there's a red cabbage but not purple cauliflower. 😁 #purplecauliflower

Yeah, they are not common, but I have seen them. They even have a hybrid here called a brocoflower (or something like that, I don't think I spelled that right). But it's a cross between a broccoli and a cauliflower. It has an interesting taste.
Have you tried this one? Coz I didn't buy one to try. And I think I will the next time I go back to the market. Lol that's cool broccoli and cauliflower, I would love that!
Genetics in farming a big thing here. They are always trying to make things bigger, better, and more profitable of course.
Got the answer and posted it, this is all-natural and the colour comes from anthocyanins which is also responsible for the colours of grapes, red, cabbage, eggplant and others 😁
