Give Hope
The World Health Organization said that every 40 seconds.. "a life succumbs in sadness, a person commits suicide." I know no one really cares about others fully.. But in a day, or if someone seemed needy catches your attention.. Never hesitate to help ..or try to change their lives for better. If you could do a thing, Do something.. Or atleast say something or write something. Humanity is being so wretched nowadays.. So many people just focus on their goals.. Oh well its not bad, and yet you could also help someone for getting theirs too.. No matter what job you have, even if your not a Psychologist or sorts. It's not just a help for those with mental health issues , its for everyone ..we humanity, and it should start with us. If someone is sad or seemed disturbed, well try to cheer them up, be a friend or just be like a good air to be breathe with hope and grace. Most of our time go wasted, its a chance to do good things, everyday is a chance in fact. Even at a message or in any way to reach other's soul.. I bet it could be a real help.. Now, I'm writing this for awareness..Not just for your family, friends and acquaintances.. Even for strangers but for us also.. please. Be helpful to atleast lend your ears and thoughts without judgement for each dying hearts in need. It's "40 freaking seconds?!" t'was not a joke right?!, we experience pain too but not all have someone in their life to get the right feeling with going again, not all have someone to rely with and get the inner strength to pursue this unpredictable life. So please be of help ..don't be a fool watching others life fades.. or just waiting for a story that someone dies in pain. Things may start in you..It would help. But you don't know maybe sometimes, you'd save someone's life from yielding by your simple positive thoughts, or good deeds. And we know someone would love to reward it though. Yeah..it won't change them or the situation they had so fast, but I bet it could atleast skip that 40 seconds counting, or even just extend it for minutes, hours until someday that freaking clock for it.. breaks for good.
