the new user interface just kicked in on dcity! not fully functional, as they still working on stats and info pages, but looks promising! no info page so i could not check the 3rd edition cards, but you can see some on the marketplace. in overall, i like it. check it out for yourself #Dcity

institutional adoption does great to usd value, but its not the goal. what we want is more and more individuals onboarding. if big companies come in, they will use their position and the relative illiteracy of people to generate their own profits the old fashioned ways: locking users into their own product. so people will think they live the future with the marketed blockchain product, but in reality the middle company will reap most of the benefits

i just learned that if you join the hive discord server, you can register your bsc address in the #commands channel with "!save bscaddr" and then query your cubfinance stats with "!cub" it will show you your den and farm balances individually and a nice summary. both in kind and usd values. a nice addition would be another bot which queries feom the command line so i could combine it with other platform stats. does anybody know such thing?

I borrowed a small amount from Nexo for 5.9% Then I used it to earn 12% on it - you guessed it rigth - with Nexo So i borrowed from them and they pay me 6.1% for it. Am I evil for using this?

does anybody know how to effectively pull the crime rate down? I have police stations and gyms, but not much effect. i have 8-10 homeless and a few immigrants and i see that is a problem, but even when i had 1-2 of them the crime rate wouldn't drop below 20% #Dcity

So I made my first NFT on opensea. I almost put it on a sale, but then it hit me with a (one-time) account setup with a $100 gas fee. I am just a hobby artist and not sure if I can sell my arts at all, so this is a dealbreaker for me. At least until fees will be lower.

The Circles UBI uses a trust based user verification. When you register you have to find users who trust your account. once you have enough confirmations, you are eligible for their distributed tokens. I think noise.cash can also use such a system to decide who can get free tips.

i only use dcity for 1-2 months and i am a small investor, so my biggest problem is the all too high taxes. every other day it jumps to about 80% then goes down to "only" 50%. this weekend it went up to 98%. how can i earn anything it my income got slashed like this. not to mention the constant disasters #Dcity
