My advice on #risingstar. Don't buy packs. The promise is that you get a rare and two common cards, which holds true. The problem? Even with that rare card the sum is less than the 10k starbits you pay for the pack. I do this instead. When I reach 10k I start to buy individual cards from the marketplace. At this point I'm not really interested which ones, I just need more and more unique cards in my collection to get a higher rank. Your goals may vary and you can focus on fan or skill points.
